Im honest with my review and won’t sugarcoat anything like the rest of the reviewers. From the moment you enter the “lounge” you’re greeted well and serviced well. The music was great, the vibe was great no issues or fights. My biggest issue is they over charged me on their drinks and hookah, the price i paid was really high and it didn’t make sense. Due to the line up behind me I wasn’t able to debate or question the price. Im one that will pay, and just won’t bring my money there again, already 10 of their customers (my friends) aren’t going back there too. 2nd problem was for the price you pay for their so called Shisha/hookah the flavor isn’t there, almost like something you would expect an inexperienced person to make, as someone who makes his own and have arab friends who also invite me for a session, i know how it should taste or be made. I can tell this location have no idea how to properly make theirs and if they don’t change they will loose alot of their regulars and new customers (i for sure will not be coming back).

Initially went here as other places i went to busy, i saw these guys are new (used to be a different lounge a few years back). First thought it was pretty typical shisha lounge but the prices are a higher than other places. If your looking for a a place with nice decor, lower prices and more other options (food and drink) than this place might not be for you. Service wise the team was friendly but wish they came around more to each table to see if anyone needed any thing else like drinks. BUT!! If you are looking for a place that has the best shisha’s go here. The reason i gave a 5/5 is the fact that the flavour and smoothness is the BEST at this location. Out of every place in the lower mainland, trust me, go here.

Great to see you guys open again! Love the new look, you really hit it out of the park with the upgrades and especially in the washrooms. Glad I have my old place to go & smoke pure hookah without worrying about the quality. 💨💨💨

This place is super amazing! We come here very often and the service is definitely 5 stars! Evan is super kind and always very welcoming. Their hookahs are top notch and I just love the TEA here.

We had an amazing time hanging out at your hookah place. Alex was committed to great service and was very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome and we definitely got a kick out of your modern and cozy style. Most importantly the things in the menu were awesome!

The Shisha is good, the air condition is fair! I went there in weekend and it was super quite there!

Don't know how this place got above 2 stars. Went in on a Saturday night around 10pm. Place was desolate and empty. Had a clerk hanging around in the back instead of cleaning the plastic covers, empty soda cans, and miscellaneous dirty dishware strewn on the tables (even though there was nobody inside). Tables had plenty of burn marks, cushions were flat and deflated, and the stench was incredibly musty. I already wanted to leave but my party wanted to check out the menu first. Told them that it was only going to be 3 of us since the 4th member was leaving in a few minutes and asked if we could just share one hookah. The clerk said he had to ask "the boss," a wider set individual sitting at the back smoking hookah who had his back turned to us ever since we walked in. We were denied the opportunity to share and so we promptly left... And went to Kayan hookah 3 minutes away...which was WAY cleaner, livelier, and friendlier. Pick wisely because this place aint it.

It is our first time here and it is absolutely amazing. The staff is so friendly and hookah way better than other places. The environment also fully relaxing. Best place to come for hookah. I highly recommend everyone who interested.

Came on a Thursday night. Great vibe and music. But definitely come early though because they run out of Hookah pipes at a certain time which was disappointing
