👍👍 I love cycling but it took me years to work up the courage to check out the Velodrome. And I never looked back! The learn to ride program was an amazing experience. I was hooked on a feeling :) In the last year my bike handling and racing skills have increased dramatically from the coached classes....

I love cycling but it took me years to work up the courage to check out the Velodrome. And I never looked back! The learn to ride program was an amazing experience. I was hooked on a feeling :) In the last year my bike handling and racing skills have increased dramatically from the coached classes. Not to mention the fantastic community of folks who I have met. Definitely check it out! Bring your partner, bring your kids, bring your co-workers, bring yourself.

As 1 of 3(?) indoor velodromes in Canada, this is a must visit for any cyclist. Great alternative to cycling in the rain. They offer a sharply priced "Learn to Ride" and well thought out program for novices held Friday and/or Saturday nights that includes track bike rentals. I've only been able to make it out once so far; but totally hooked. It's a phenomenal experience with great instructors. Friday evenings are also race day, look no further for inspiration attracting riders from outside BC. Last week was an extended race day in remembrance of Brad Dean. It's cool to see organizations remember its community builders.

Superb guidance and coaching to become a proficient rider, great workouts by experienced coaches, and a strong focus on safety. Everyone can do it, I started at age 60.

A unique and incredible velodrome and club that not only produces national level team members but supports all levels of cyclists from youth onwards. This club continues to provide an incredible level of support to the cycling community in what is one of the most precious venues in Canada.
