Having been let down by a national company, we were firmly dropped in it. Phoned tool time and explained the situation needing a wacker, they were fantastic and not only had 1 left, but they even managed to have it on my drive just 30 minutes later! Very good price as well and were also speedy in the collection of the item meaning no further charges and even a small refund due to not having it for the full duration initially given which was 2 days. Office and delivery staff were super friendly and accommodating. 100% recommend and I will certainly be using them for all my future projects! Top job. 👍

Poor customer service, shredder hired which didn't work properly, hammered and worn out, we returned it immediately and was refused a refund. Would not recommend.
