This spa is so lovely! It is also very clean and well looked after. The owner is super accommodating and sweet. She really takes care to look after her guests and give them a great experience. The finishing touches are so thoughtful like the tea and cookies and I will definitely be back in the future!

I've recently moved to Manchester and after many failed attempts at finding my go to spa for facials, Ninispa made the cut. Ana is absolutely incredible with her knowledge and expertise. She knew exactly what I needed and is so professional and warm. My skin feels 5 years younger and I absolutely cannot wait every month to go back. The spa is gorgeous and immaculate every time and super easy to get to from Victoria Station. I've been telling all my friends about it!

Genuinely the best massage I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a few! I booked the ritual and left feeling the most relaxed I have in months. 2 hours of pure heaven!! Booked straight away for next month and cannot wait. Also such a beautiful salon and the owner Eve was lovely and amazingly skilled. Can’t wait to be back!!!

Last visited January 2024 Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Been a number of years since my last massage. Asked for advice on the correct/suitable treatment. Suggested the two hour signature message. It was great, relaxing. It was possibly too long as it was my first one for a while. All in all, a nice place. I'll now be looking for a message/treatment on a regular basis but will keep looking around.

My partner and I recently visited this local spa for a couples massage and it was truly an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The spa was clean and had a calming ambiance. Our massage therapists were both friendly and professional, making us feel comfortable. The massage itself was incredible. The therapists used just the right amount of pressure. The music and dim lighting added to the overall relaxation and we both felt completely rejuvenated by the end of the session. After the massage, we were given some time to relax in a quiet room. It was the perfect way to end our visit and we left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Overall, we highly recommend a couples massage for any couple looking to unwind and reconnect. Had an amazing massage - one of the best I've had (and I have tried a few)! Had the Ninispa Signature massage by Eve - she was amazing and very respectful, the techniques were very good and unique at times! The place is also beautifully decorated and has a very nice ambience! Will definitely come again!

Massage was OK, she made good pressure on my back but the rest of the body massage wasn't too good… Half way thorough the massage she saw one of my tattoos on my ankle and she started laughing a lot and said: What is that? While laughing. The tattoo is a little rocket in honour of my grandad. This put me off and honestly I expected much more after paying £80. Never had such an awkward/embarrassing experience like this and I have been to multiple massage places.

Justina was giving me a full body massage and I could have not been happier! Exceptionally good service from the initial welcome to the very end. I feel more relaxed and at peace. Cannot recommend this place enough!! Thank you so much!

My husband and I recently attended NiniSpa; he had a deep tissue massage and I had a pregnancy massage. We both agreed at the end that it was one of the best massages we've ever had and that we would definitely be returning. Although I cannot speak to the deep tissue massage personally, I can say the pregnancy massage was simply amazing. I was extremely comfortable throughout (which is difficult during pregnancy!) and found the whole experience so relaxing...I'm pretty sure I fell asleep a few times too! Any aches and pains that I went in with were gone by the time I left and I was provided with some great aftercare to ease discomfort in the next few months. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service we received. We will certainly be returning.

I normally don’t leave reviews but had to after a great experience at Ninispa. Eve went over and above for me, creating space in her busy schedule after my original appointment became unavailable. She ensured I got an appointment within 4 hours, even though it was out of standard opening hours and was an incredibly hot day. The deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed, overall very professional and very accommodating service. I would recommend Eve to anyone.

Ana was a very attentive and skilled massage therapist. I have not been that relaxed in a long time! She worked out my knots and tight muscles. Ana also gave me a fantastic facial. My skin was glowing and refreshed afterwards. I will definitely be back.

I went to get the Diamonds Microdermabrasion facial on 07/20/23. I’m sure it was Ana who I had. It was absolutely amazing. They’ve got such a beautiful, calm set up. I went in a room that had my own bathroom. The bed and pillows were so comfy. The oils and cream smelt amazing and I came out looking and feeling so light and relaxed. Iv had facials at other places before and havnt had the best results but I was really happy and will be going back for more. Ana was so gentle and takes me through everything. Everything was perfect from the timing and treatment itself with letting the oils sink in. It’s definitely worth the money.

Best massage I've ever had. I booked in for the 70 minute deep pressure massage as I've been struggling with back pain from work. I would recommend Roksana to anyone, she was friendly, professional and extremely skilled at her job. The deep pressure massage was just what I needed, will definitely be visiting again!

It is a nice attempt to create the spa environment in one of the new salford buildings, but too much stress around. The check-in procedure was more complex than unexpected: we received two calls why we are late, but no precise information beforehand that we should be strictly in time for some scheduling purpose. The treatment was OK, but quite soft-handed. Again, after the treatment we were informed that we could have paid £10 more for stronger massage, but it would be great to get this timely. Finally the lady representing the owner is quite direct in explaining that it's our faults if we are unhappy. The overall experience after the treatment was below average.

Eve is the most wonderful person I have met in a long time. She is very professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, Pam's knowledge of the body is impressive. She is kind, sweet and very attentive. Best massage around! She did fits me in at short notice. My body feels amazing.

Had the deep stress 90 minute treatment with Nay yesterday, my first professional massage. She was amazing. I wish I could take her to my place of work and have her on standby. This treatment with Nay is going to be part of my monthly self care routine. Thanks for making me feel comfortable and I left feeling very relaxed and slept a good 9 hours.

Had a pregnancy massage by Ana and honestly cannot recommend it enough. The environment was gorgeous and I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable straight away. The massage itself was incredible, so relaxing, such care taken to ensure comfort even down to the temperature of the oils and quality of the towels etc. Enjoyed every second. Feel the nicest I've felt in months! Only wish I'd come earlier in my pregnancy so that I could fit in another one before the baby comes!

Me and my partner booked for the couples spa treatment. From arrival till leaving the team were amazing. The treatment was incredible and well worth the money. We’ve had a few couples treatments from other places but ninispa tops it off… by far the best we’ve had. Thankyou to all the team for making us feel welcome and relaxed. To give context, I am a person that struggles with chronic pain and massage is one of the treatments but can also make it worse if not done right. I have therefore been to many massage therapists and I can say that BOTH of the massage therapists I've seen on separate occasions were one of the best massages I've ever had! Highly highly recommended!

The whole team from arrival were incredibly welcoming and friendly, the venue itself is very calming and relaxing as soon as you walk in the door. I had opted for a vacuum facial with Ana and the treatment was incredible. Ana was very professional and I could tell she really knew her craft very well, she took the time to talk through my current skincare regime and at the end also gave me some tips. I will definitely be going back to book in with her again, couldn’t recommend her and the whole team enough.

I regularly visit NiniSpa and I have to confess the massage from Nay is absolutely amazing! She's so kind and caring that I have a wonderful experience every time. Usually I feel extremely relaxed and at ease afterwards. Additionally, the atmosphere is delightfully relaxing, too. Highly recommended!
