Really poor. Queued in drive through for 5 minutes and then sat waiting in car park for 15 mins for them to bring food out. Items were missing from order so had to go back in to get them. Food was stone cold, chips had a hair in them and the burger had a chunk missing. Got a full refund and won't be going again.

Really poor customer experience. Last Sunday we drove in the "drive through" at 10.55am order 2 sausage egg mac muffins meals and bacon roll. Order taken, money paid..Was told to wait in the car park. We waited, and waited, and you guess it, waited ..no one came out with our meals. We sat there for almost 15 mins in this alleged fast food chain store. My husband had to go in, then to be told, breakfast was not ready and now we were too late to re order. Was firstly felt i was not listemed to, was given a handful of big macs. Who wants to eat big macs at that time of morning. Not me...i was disgusted in this level of service. I have been a handful of times to this restaurant and found staff to be rude. The intercom system on the drive through is either broken or the staff are hard of hearing. Constantly repeating my orders. Really Bad experience!

Stuck in a queue for a McFlurry that I can’t have because the machine is broken. Why not put a sign so people don’t join the drive through queue?? That’s 20 minutes or my life wasted.

Absolutely terrible experiences. Forced to go there as its close and I have children. But everytime orders are taken and given wrong. The staff are soooo slow and don't know how to communicate or listen. It's like it's run by 12 year olds. The staff are awful. The service is very slow even when it's not even busy. Made to wait in the car park for a simple happy meal or fries every single time. The wait is always so long to say its not busy. I don't understand why they wouldn't get any decent staff I cannot even begin to explain how angry you are before you leave this place. DISGRACEFUL

Fast food??? I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt but i will not be a returning customer here anymore. Every single time I’ve been it’s been the same issue. Waiting stupid amount of time for food to be cold, the staff do not communicate between each other. I’ve never been to a place like it before and actually can’t put into words how appalling this place actually is. The staff are clearly untrained , not sure who was in-charge of recruiting these employees , they have no oooomph, very slow staff, bad attitude, no communication. In a fast food restaurant you’d expect to see staff being fast and efficient, communicating between each other but their kitchen is SILENT

Ordered via the app. Got sent a coke instead of a large hot chocolate and vanilla milkshake. Recieved no mcflurry that I ordered. Also have hairs in the fries.

We went here after swimming with our 3 kids, the service was absolutely abysmal! People were complaining left right and centre, a large group of boys were smoking e cigarettes, swearing and being a general nuisance (I get kids being kids but where there's younger and vulnerable kids I do not agree) instead of being told, a member of staff kept giving them free items such as burgers and milkshakes... whilst everyone else was waiting their orders! (I know this as I heard one teen say 'we didn't order this' then the staff member winking and saying 'it's fine') we will never return after this experience. We also waited about 45mins for our food... we ordered nothing special or modified!

Awesome place to eat delicious food! This eatery has everything. The decor and atmosphere is really nice, it provides a family friendly environment. There's plenty of indoor seating. Situated in a prime location with parking close by. The food is delicious and well known. The staff are super hardworking and friendly and the food is well priced. Would definitely recommend 10/10

My first visit to Nelson's Macdonald's. I thought that by postponing by a few months, any teething problems that a new outlet can experience, will have been ironed out..... Not the case. After ordering 3 Happy Meals and a Big Mac Meal, I was asked to park up "anywhere on the car park". (Not sure why? This is a pretty basic order, surely?). 17 minutes later, our order was brought out to the car....only to discover our Big Mac was missing. So, off into the restaurant I go, expecting to find chaos, but no. All fairly quiet (so why such a long wait??). Popped my head in at the kitchen, enquiring about my missing Big Mac. Without a word, a young man placed a Big Mac in my hand and then turned away and continued with his work. I sarcastically thanked him for him apology.... Needless to say, our food was lukewarm and needed reheating at home (2 minutes drive away). All very disappointing. I would recommend Customer service training in this store for the young staff and also a more rapid delivery of food orders. 17 minutes is NOT fast food.

One star is generous. Ordered through just eat, almost 2 hours later and still waiting. Called and after giving order number had the phone put down on us and now not answering. Not the first time it’s taken over an hour to deliver either

Absolutely disgusting, drive through Ordered Big Mac large meal with Coke. Only 1 car in front of me,got served relatively quick. A four minute drive home,when I removed the food from the bag the fries were stone cold,same applied to the burger. In fact the Coke was warmer than the food, disgusting and a waste of money, shame on you. Never again!!!!!

The food is always as it should be . However, it's always late, and i always see cars come and go through drive-through before seated customers receive their food. Also just eat drivers take up seating after often parking in the disabled spots. This store is my least favourite option for mc ds
