Behind in so many ways, in terms of technology (can’t email test results but they will print and I can collect?) most people have work/life commitments and cannot just go into the surgery to collect something that could easily be emailed or added to the online hub. Diagnosing issues; again not interested in the root cause of the problem and overall health, but only help in masking symptoms and prescribing pharmaceuticals.

I've just attended Monton Medical Centre and I really can't praise them enough. The reception staff were efficient, and the GP was extremely thorough, taking the time to listen to my concerns. He did a complete prescription review, arranged blood samples, did a blood pressure test and referred me for X-rays. Absolutely first rate service and I would not want to be treated anywhere else.

I can’t fault Monton Medical Practice. Been fab looking after my son when he’s been unwell. Easy enough to contact on the website and on the phone, not had any issues getting appointments swiftly for him and doctors have always been lovely.

If it were not for the quick actions of the diabetic's nurse Kate I would not be here to write this right now. The speed in which I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and the care I have received from the surgery staff was simply amazing and I can not thank them enough for the treatment I have received, a well deserved 5 stars.

Can never get through on phone to make an appt. Rings for ages then cuts you off and rude staff when you do get through has been my experience over the years! Today I was 22nd in queue on calling at 8am. Bad service.

I only have positive things to say about my experience of Monton Medical Centre and in particular of the nurses. Katie has always been fantastic with me, and in particular the advanced nurse practitioner, Sue. I’d have been at a total loss without Sue's outstanding care, knowledge, support and empathy, she has had a great positive impact on my physical and mental well-being. Being able to make regular, frequent appointments with her has been really reassuring over recent months.

The receptionist was absolutely great when I needed to be seen quickly. She went above & beyond to speak to the advanced practitioner to arrange an appointment within 24 hours. I really appreciated the kindness & understanding I was shown. Many Thanks again

Unbelievably poor service. Lost a set of blood tests, did not process three referrals when they said they would, cancelled my appointment and rescheduled it with someone that couldn’t then help me- even after me taking time off work to make the new appointment time and checking with them before hand to ensure that the new doctor would definitely be able to complete the procedure.Turned up for another blood test and they had no record of my appointment. To top it all off, spoke to the practice manager who assured me he would help and unfortunately I’m still waiting for him to call me back over two weeks later even though I have been into the surgery once and phoned (and been left on hold for 35/40 mins on three separate occasions) to ask him to call me. This surgery is beyond negligent and I really would avoid if you are concerned about your health as you will not get the care you need. I have always had such positive experiences with my doctors and having moved to the area, it’s so sad that they do not take what they are doing seriously, when it could have a serious affect on someone’s health. The emotional stress they have caused has been significant.

1.Waiting for The private work(it should take up to 7 weeks)six months and still waiting 2.Receptionist keep lying to me telling me different things each and every time I am attending the desk. 3. My paperwork from the previous practice GP is still not transferred after half year . 4. It take up to one month to see the doctor even with emergency 🆘 5. The worst GP surgery ever

Recently had two appointments with Dr Rhodes after having a baby, he was brilliant and took the time to listen and put us at ease. Only issue I have with the doctors are the reception staff, who often when called are unable to answer even basic questions and I have spent over 30mins trying to get through to them on a number of occasions.

Absolutely disgusted! Sick note requested 8 days ago and now told I’ll have to wait 25th for a doctor to phone me- I’m not ill and the doctor knows why I’m requesting sick note! This practice has gone beyond backwards. It worked better with less admin. The manager is never there when requested he’s at another practice??? Extremely unhelpful admin! Only interested in what phone I have and what ethnicity I am???
