UTTERLY
SHAMBOLIC

POOR
CUSTOMER
SERVICE.
This
was
a
really
bad
experience.
I
rang
on
the
Friday
asking
for
an
appointment
and
I
was
kindly
offered
9am
on
the
Saturday
morning.
I
had
explained
that
I
needed
an
early
appointment
as
I
was
travelling
to
London
and
needed
to
set
off
at
9:45am.
(My
haircuts
usually
take
only
15
minutes
or
so)
I
arrived
at
9am
and
was
welcomed
and
asked
to
take
a
seat.
That
was
the
only
communication
I
received
whilst
in
the
salon.
I
waited
and
nothing,
then
another
customer
entered
the
salon
and
was
placed
in
a
seat
to
begin,
I
overheard
how
someone
was
meant
to
be
in
but
at
another
salon
but
no-one
told
me
this.
It
was
9:15am
and
still
no-one
had
approached
me
to
explain
why
my
appointment
was
late.
A
lady
arrived
and
began
some
nail
treatments
and
they
were
all
having
lovely
conversations
and
where
to
holiday
and
their
plans
for
the
day.
I
was
still
sat
-
in
the
small
cramped
and
dark
waiting
area
at
the
back
of
the
salon.
9:30am
arrived,
unlike
the
person
who
was
meant
to
cut
my
hair.
Still
nothing,
absolutely
no-one
in
the
salon
thought
it
acceptable
to
inform
me
of
anything
about
my
appointment
or
to
even
apologise,
offer
a
drink,
reassure
me
someone
was
on
their
way
or
to
acknowledge
me
in
any
way.
At
9:37am
I
had
no
choice
but
to
leave
as
I
couldn't
wait
any
longer,
I
certainly
couldn't
delay
my
trip
so
I
had
to
leave.
It
was
an
utter
waste
of
my
time
and
of
my
life
-
I
will
never
get
that
time
back.
When
I
left
I
just
said
I
couldn't
wait
any
longer,
that
I'd
wasted
my
time.
I
could
have
said
much
more
but
the
service
was
truly
appalling,
shambolic
and
the
whole
salon
seemed
immature
in
the
way
it
conducted
itself,
not
very
professional
at
all.
Anyone
who
says
great
service
and
lovely
staff
are
probably
not
genuine
customers.
Avoid
this
place,
grow
your
hair
or
go
somewhere
else.
I
will
never
in
my
life,
ever
step
foot
back
in
the
salon
ever
again.
