Lovely staff that made a stressful shop for prom dress with my darling daughter into an enjoyable experience. good selection of dresses that were for every budget. Would highly recommend this shop.

Was looking for a prom dress. The staff were very helpful and careful not to have pupils from the same school in at the same time to avoid potential prom war conflicts. Must be an american hype thing. Dresses were typically 300 to 350 and they ensure no 2 people from the same school and prom year have the same dress in the same colour. Excellent range. Would recommend and put a 50 deposit on asap to ensure you have widest range to select from. This was our 3rd from 4 shops we visited for prom dresses and will get ours from here.

I have paid a visit today and upon entering the shop there were 2 or 3 members of staff stood at a desk discussing something. They turned as the bell rang looked at us and turned away to continue talking. Not 1 of them said hello. We had a little look at dresses but we still had no acknowledgement from the staff members. I didn't need too much help as I am just having a look for what style I like at the moment but I will not be returning there as first impressions count for a lot.

I absolutely love coming here. I would highly recommend buying your wedding/prom outfits. I have been twice, once for choosing my wedding dress and the 2nd time for the first fitting. The ladies in the shop are amazing! They are so patient and kind and I felt so comfortable with them too. Highly highly recommend!

Before going to Creation I had already been to a few other local wedding dress shops, but the dresses at Creation were on another level! Stunning details and trains that created a "wow" moment for me, my mum and best friend. My dress was unlike any that I had tried before, with intricate sequins and unique embroidered flowers on an a-line skirt. It perfectly married together with our setting, which was a mix of grand manor house for the ceremony and a relaxed & more natural garden party vibe at the reception. On the day I felt stunning, like an ethereal fairy princess. As a girl who has never been the most confident person, this dress was a big part of making me feel this way on my big day ❤ A special mention to Linda, who is an absolute star! She took her time showing me each dress on my first appointment, offered great advice, listened to what I was saying when I said I wanted a natural look (when not many other shop owners did). She made sure everything was immaculate at the final fitting before I left. You could just tell she is amazing at her craft & we felt like we were in safe hands. Her team was also very helpful and responsive to emails. I will say, I felt like once the dress had been paid for, the dress fittings without Linda could feel rushed at times. But I appreciate the seamstress who managed to alter it in time. It was reassuring to see Linda at the final fitting! I would definitely recommend Creation for beautiful wedding dresses, I found "the one" 👰

Used here for my daughters prom dress. Lovely staff. Just ashame my daughter never got to have her prom. We paid £385 for a dress we couldn't return so was stuck with.

I bought my wedding dress from creation weddings in Wigan, and couldn't be happier with my choice. Sharon who assisted me when choosing and with the dress fittongs has been amazing. Friendly and top notch service provided. Would highly recommend creation wedding to anyone looking for their perfect dress.

Promised wouldn't sell same dress to same school prom and promptly went and did !!! Daughter GUTTED and had to get another - so we are rightly not impressed. If you cannot be trusted shop elsewhere !
