I’ve visited here about 4 times and every single time I have been so happy with what I ordered. Despite it being a very small shop which is usually really busy, the staff are very kind and they are fast with the orders as well. The bubble tea drinks are my favourite but the sushi is also delicious! I definitely recommend this place and I will be back again soon! :)

Had my first ever bubble tea here today. Had no idea how to order but the girl who served me (sorry didn't get your name) was extremely helpful and polite. Explained the process and I bought a very tasty cherry flavour. Next time I would have more ice, but no complaints from me. Thoroughly enjoyed it!! Thank you

My favourite place to eat in Chester! I order from cactus quite frequently, their food is delicious and fresh and they are always so accommodating. They have such a huge range of food and always adding new things to the menu. The drinks also have different sugar and milk options which is great for people with different needs. I’m a frequent a customer in person and by delivery and they have never ever made a mistake. I have included a selection of food I’ve eaten over the past few years- my favourites are the tofu steak, the katsu prawn and avocado uramaki and the katsu chicken ramen. They recently added Japanese cheesecake which is unbelievable (shown in pics) and hard to find in Chester so I would definitely recommend it! It’s really such delicious food and they have something for everyone which I love

I had my first bubble tea here and I haven’t found any other places that have tea that’s any better. They also have a big selection of asian food.

Simple bubble tea place, good tea, however when I last went there, they weren't doing hot tea, which would've been nicer to have during Winter. But still, a good bubble tea is a good bubble tea. The pudding topping is underrated.

We had a lovely experience ordering from Cactus this week, both food and drink were great, and the staff were really friendly and helped us to navigate the menu and pick something real tasty! We were served by Nadya, who put us at ease immediately, and was super friendly and helpful, will definitely be returning :)

Came across this place whilst holidaying in Chester. Such a little gem! The donburis are on another level to the ones we've tried at other Japanese restaurants. We bought the don of the day three days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). Generous helpings of rice and toppings. On Wednesday and Thursday, we bought the meal deal -don of the day + drink £9.50 to try the bubble tea. The bubble tea was delicious, the best we have tried and not as sweet as others we have tried. Highly recommend when in Chester!

We have been regulars at this place since they opened, and it was honestly love at first sight, not only is the bubble tea absolutely amazing but the food is also delightful. Mo and Karina have been there from the beginning and they’re both super friendly and always treat us very well. My go-to for bubble tea (Ukiyo Milk Tea with Herbal Jelly). Sushi and Onigiri are great, freshly made in store!

good tea. However, it’s usually always delayed due to long queues (which is totally understandable) but on one occasion, staff were too busy chatting rather than making the drinks for collection. The queue wasn’t long at all (at the time) and we got our drinks 15 minutes after the original collection time which caused a lot of inconveniences such as missed transportation etc. This does not apply to all staff as I’ve come across really lovely staff. Overall great drinks but slow service even with little customers at the time.

Always super pleasant staff, its a pleasure everytime (Especially the American guy, pay him more!) The fruit and milk teas are a ideal candidate for cotton mouth after smoking or to cheer up you and yours after a heavy shift in a hot kitchen 7/7 beevs

Ordered a few meals and was told chef wasn't able to prepare a few meals. We were fine with that since we were told we were able to get a refund on the items we were missing. Contacted the place via chat on google maps to ask about the refund and was left on delivered. £17 worth of money to be refunded yet nobody told us how to since we ordered on Just Eat.

It looks unassuming at first but they serve delicious food and items are very reasonably priced in the centre of Chester. The staff are super friendly and lovely. It should be one of those ‘to visit’ experiences when you are in Chester.

Best fresh milk tea ever!!! Seriously, my favourite is the Brown Sugar Milk Tea and it’s always so yummy. The staff are always super kind too! We love ordering from here. 10/10

After coming to try bubble tea for the first time I’ve been hooked. So tasty, staff are super friendly and make sure you enjoy your drink. Nadia has recommended multiple different drinks and food, all of which have been amazing. Amazing knowledge of the regulars and you can tell she enjoys her job. Been here literally everyday this week, couldn’t recommend this little gem of Chester higher.

The tea is very sweet I ordered for half sugar but it felt like more than full sugar to be honest. Make you stand outside in the freezing cold. The food isn't great. Very expensive for bubble tea or food. Not very impressed. The first time I went there and the lady didn't ask for how much sugar I wanted but then asked the lads behind me I felt disrespected because I said that " it's my first time". Honestly, won't go there in in future unless my friend tell me too. If you like sweet stuff this is for you. Also, not everything that was on the menu was in stock. Overall I won't go there again.

Delicious food, I work at the Christmas market and regularly eat here. The food is always great and the owners and everyone who works there are super lovely people!! Thank you so much guys xx

I love cactus it is a place of Boba dreams, not only amazing drink wise but the food is absolutely gorgeous. I had a crab onigiri and it was absolutely amazing. Can't wait to go again.

The sushi and Gyoza was lovely. However, I was really looking forward to the katsu donburi, £11.35 for a bowl of mainly rice topped with a couple of spoonfuls of curry sauce with slices of fried chicken is rubbish, it really was poor and disappointing. Come on guys you can do better than this surely. Relative to many other Japanese restaurants it doesn't compare. Careful what you order.

First experience here & it's been amazing! Good value for money, great portions! Chicken gyoza, krab uramaki, prawn uramaki, miso soup & peach bubble tea with apple pearls! Everything is so amazing this is my new favourite sushi/tea place!
