Every time I go to this McDonald’s, the order is never right, the fries are usually cold, if I order with the app, I sit in the curbside pick up for 10 minutes or more, ice cream machine is always down. And why have 2 drive through lanes when you can’t maintain drive thru times with one lane? McDonald’s quality is really slipping at this and most locations. Evidently corporate doesn’t come inspect stores like when I worked there. I’ll take my family’s business somewhere else

If you order Chicken nuggets you get sauce, want Big Mac Sauce each one is .49¢. No other McDonald's charges for Mac Sauce with nuggets. Seems shady to me.

Some employees are slow and not doing their jobs. But that's anywhere sometimes. Good God ,! I loooooove the nuggets and iced coffee!

Moved back to Buckhannon recently, but was surprised this McDonald's tastes so different from other locations. The hamburger patties are so salty I don't want to eat all of the burger. And my last order the patties were a little burned. Maybe their chicken is better? Don't think I'll be ordering beef here again.

They continued to ask is that all as my husband was trying to order he said what he wanted and said that will be it and the lady taking his order laughed and said so is that all. Very aggravating.. then when he got to the window she continued to laugh and be smart and disrespectful. Tried to call the store and complain but they have their phone of the hook..

We were exhausted and did not feel like cooking (which does not happen often). My son said the McDonalds App was pretty handy. I downloaded it, ordered, arrived and showed us "there". It was just a few minutes and we had car side food to go. It was made on the spot, hot and fresh. Starting to like some of these Food Apps.

The service there is always good. The food tastes great, but really isn't good for me. The atmosphere is relaxed

Service was good, facility was clean. I used to eat McDonald's for lunch at a minimum twice a week but their prices have gotten so out of control I started exploring other options. This was the first time I had eaten McDonald's in probably 4-5 months. Good food just got to be too pricey.

If you go in the morning, the staff are adults, and it's flawless. If you go in the evening, the staff are high school students, and it's a 50-50 shot of having a bad experience, or a mediocre one.

I generally order on the app and get my order curbside. It's always very fast service. The order isn't always correct, but I have come to expect that lol.

If I could leave a negative rating, I would. I ordered two large fries, a mcchicken, and a mocha frappe. Nothing really special about anything I ordered, yet I still waited 25 minutes before going in and asking what’s up. I have previously worked for McDonald’s and I know good and dang well that it does not take this long to make an order. They had plenty of staff (I know because I’ve worked a shift twice as busy with half as many people), yet EVERYONE in the lobby was still waiting on food. I left to deliver a doordash and came back to order something for my grandparents and I again waited 40+ minutes for 2 CHEESEBURGERS and 2 LARGE FRIES. I was still shorted 1 cheeseburger and 1 fry, but I’m no longer in the mood to spend my whole evening at McDonald’s. I would also like to point out how absolutely rude and disrespectful their staff was. The kid that was working counter kept rolling his eyes and mumbling under his breath and as I was walking out to leave another customer stopped me and informed me that he had been waiting for almost an HOUR for one milkshake. And the food I receive was pitiful. I will most likely never eat here again.
