Recently reopened and I must say the new owner is absolutely amazing. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. After we checked in, he checked to see if the room was cleaned to our standards, offered helpful information of the surrounding area, and even gave us some pop when we were wondering about a vending machine (he’s getting one soon!) as someone who works at front desk in national parks, I was pleasantly surprised at his professionalism and how friendly he was even with the stress of opening up. He really made the whole stay personable and not like we were “just another guest” coming in. The rooms were very clean! The tv worked great, and so did the fridge and microwave! Bed was super comfy as well as the pillows! The room had great lighting as well and everything was in working order. The hotel is also down a little hill so noise is minimal. The owner is doing an amazing job and clearly knows how to run a successful business. I have nothing but nice things to say about this place.

Classic motor hotel very recently renovated / reopened (May 2023). Large rooms, park at your door, set-back from the road so it's very quiet, and with a friendly/responsive inn-keeper. Easy parking for my large pick-up truck (and for my trailer if I had been pulling one on this trip). And my cat liked it.

Best motel in town. Location amaz. Rooms are very neat and clean . Owner gave us wonderful service . He was totally active about all facilities . He checked everything in room before we got in . This is an historic property recently purchased by an on premises family building a new business with family values. Always pleasant, they are quick to meet any need and solve issues. It's within walking distance to less than five miles from food, shopping, gas, and medical services. They have vending machines with more amenities coming. Rooms have internet, cable TV, refrigerator, microwave, comfortable bed, table and chairs, with nice bathroom and adequate storage space. The property is kept clean, quiet, accessible and is pet friendly. They do not allow loud, rowdy, or illicit behavior of any kind. I've been here several times since they opened. The business and family are positive additions to the community. It will be my choice place in the area as long as they own it.

No issues on my trip/stay. The location was great for my trip as it was 15 minutes from where I needed to be. Only needed a place to stay overnight and it was perfect for that. The room was clean and everything worked as required. You can tell it is an older facility but it is kept up nicely. Only a few minutes from a large Walmart and a local mall with multiple food options.

The hotel was simple and served its purpose. While very clean, it was old. The rooms pictured on their website are deceiving. There was not nearly the space shown. Apparently, they permit weekly rentals. That's ok, but would have likely stayed elsewhere had I known. Often, weekly rental is a signal of problems in either "hotel" administration or finance.

Absolutely enjoyed our time here..we come here quite often and I have to say, the owner is one of the nicest people ever!!! Clean, comfortable, and relaxing!! We will definitely be back!! Thanks!!!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The a/c was noisy but other than that it was great. Very reasonable price.

The room was IMMACULATE! My dog didn't even sense other animals. Crisp white sheets and towels, and the lady at the desk was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

I love this motel and the people that run it. They very nice and professional. The rooms are clean. The atmosphere is just wonderful.
