Having chronic neck and back pain I was surprised how quickly the exercises i was prescribed helped me. Zach is very knowledgeable helpful and an excellent communicator. Highly recommend!

I got an appointment very quickly, Zach did an initial evaluation of my concern and quickly started to develop a plan of exercises and stretches. Over the next two weeks, he added more exercises as I showed signs of improvement. After only 4 sessions, he told me I no longer need to come in for physical therapy, I should continue on my own. That shows the integrity of this practice, to not artificially recommend continued sessions/dollars. Everyone is very friendly and experienced. I am extremely pleased with the results.

Really love this place. I suffered a lower back injury, which got worse from a car accident. They have helped me heal slowly and intentionally. I've truly seen a difference since working with ESSMC! I'm so grateful for the way that they take care of their patients.

The best PT facility I have ever been to! Zach and his team work with you each time you go and ask and answer questions as your healing continues. My past experiences at other facilities have always been here are your exercises and show you first couple times then you are on your own. This group from receptionist to your Physical therapist are all professional while making you feel like family. I highly recommend ESSMC Monroeville for anyone in need of pain relief from a caring supportive group.

Dave Reynolds has provided excellent care for me. He has explained in detail what my situation is and has provided a plan that is working. Zach was a great physical therapist. He was very knowledgeable about what activities would be most beneficial for me to do. The exercises made a noticeable difference in my quality of life. He listened to my concerns beyond my immediate needs and gave me helpful suggestions for home therapy and printouts of how to do the activities. He was always pleasant, upbeat, encouraging and caring. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
