I just want to say when they first opened they were nice. I went today to get my nails done after not getting them done for a while and the guy made me leave in TEARS!!! I had a picture of what color I wanted and asked if he could help me find it he did and he put the nails on and I told him I wanted coffin shape and he said r u kidding me!!! The picture u showed me was square I said that’s the color I wanted never said I wanted square shape. And he literally rips my nails off! I started crying and they tried to get me to go to someone else and sit right beside two people who are staring at me I have never been so humiliated in my life!!! Plus their prices are outrageous and they wonder why they can’t get people to come in!!! Customer service is terrible! And I will never be back and don’t recommend anyone going there either!!! This is what I left with! No nails, and in tears!

My friend had a pedicure done here and got burnt. This was directly after leaving the salon and this is the following day. She did not and I repeat did not have any cuts , scabs or anything on her leg prior to this visit. This has got infected and she had to be put on antibiotics. My friend is also pregnant and is still trying to fight of this BURN that got infected. This happened before the sugar scrub this was not from the scrub this is a BURN.

Thank you so much Nail City for fixing my daughters nails! She was crying after they were done at a different place in the first 2 pictures and these wonderful people made her happy again with the beautiful nails in the last picture. I love this place!

I’m really not the type of person to complain.. I went in for my first pedicure and ended up getting severely burnt on my leg. My friend had reached out to them and they said that I had scabs on my legs when I went in. Which is not true. I have pictures of feet while soaking my feet in the water that show my legs with absolutely no cuts or scabs. I ended up with a bad infection from this burn and had to go to the emergency room which even stated it’s a chemical burn. They told me they would gift me the same amount back that I spent to spend there.. why would I want to go back to a place that caused me all this trouble?

The spa is a beautiful haven, providing a relaxing ambiance and even offering refreshing drinking water during the pedicure. The friendly and professional staff's meticulous work has made this my favorite spot for getting nails done.

This nail salon caters not only to adults but also to children. The baby nail service here is excellent. The staff knows how to make children feel comfortable and excited during the nail salon process.

I had a special manicure session for my birthday at this nail salon and had a memorable experience. The staff here created a unique manicure with images and designs related to my birthday. This is a great custom service.

The nail salon space is very comfortable and creates a relaxing feeling. I enjoyed some private and relaxing time during the manicure process.
