Was looking for a last minute trip. Saw this place had great reviews. So I decided to look into it. It's 15 minutes out of Wheeling. It's a gorgeous looking place, very clean, and homely feeling. The owners are extremely nice, and make you feel welcomed. Stayed in the King suite. The bed is firm and very comfortable. The jacuzzi tube was a good size, and can fit one person comfortably. The tv is small, but it works. If you've never stayed at a B&B before this is a great one to stay at. I will definitely be back

From the outside of the B&B to our room, no detail was overlooked. Bed was comfortable and I could truly relax here. Very clean, very quiet. Bonnie is incredibly dedicated to the operation of this B&B, is very personable, and made sure that we had the most comfortable and enjoyable stay possible. The decor in the place was Victorian-themed and breakfast was well presented and delicious. 5/5 stars is not a high enough rating. If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here again.

This is the most beautiful place. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the home and our host who is so sweet I’m going to miss her like an old friend . The room we stayed in (Mason) was comfortable and super clean. Bonnie included wonderful little extras that made it feel like we were at home (except better !!) like wine glasses and a candy dish , and little extras in the bathroom like cotton balls and a generous shampoo bottle -not the little teensy ones from hotels 😊 We will be back for sure.

I was so pleased to find a beautiful, comfortable and safe location just outside of Wheeling. Bonnie made sure I had all the comforts needed and her weekend breakfasts are amazing! Well appointed rooms, quiet, easy access, free private parking. Close to the Ohio river, historical sites and mountain activities!

such a awesome first time experience staying at a bed and breakfast. we stayed in the herron room. the room was awesome, and the house was breathtaking. i will definitely be back.

Bonnie is incredibly friendly and helpful--I mentioned where we were thinking of eating and she was able to give me easy to understand directions immediately. The rooms themselves are beautiful and cute, very well decorated. There is also parking available around the back and Bonnie serves a very nice breakfast spread. I would completely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

We stay at Bonnie Dwaine every time we come up to visit my husband's grandmother. Bonnie couldn't be a more gracious and flexible host. The house and rooms are cozy and comfy, there are places to gather and visit, and breakfast is always delicious. I highly recommend it!

We stayed in the Heron, which was very nice. The bed was super comfortable. The room came with a mini fridge, microwave, jacuzzi tub, electric fireplace and a day bed, twin size, located in a little nook of the room. Continental breakfast is plentiful - cold cereal, instant oatmeal, yogurt, bread, bagels, English muffins, breakfast cakes and hard boiled eggs with the typical beverages. Bonnie, the owner, is very friendly, but Precious, the kitty was our favorite. If you’re not into cats, not to worry, Precious gets sequestered and even when she out roaming about, she doesn’t go upstairs where the bedrooms are. I wish my cats were that well be halved.

The morning breakfast was always great with plenty of choices to satisfy just about anyone. My wife and I have stayed at several bed and breakfasts over the years, and Bonnie’s was by far one of the finest.

Lovely place and Bonnie was a gracious, delightful host! We stayed in the Herron room, which is much larger than the photos give it credit, with several alcoves. There was attention to every detail. Quiche on Saturday morning was delicious! Price was extremely reasonable. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!!

What a wonderful place to stay. We stayed 3 nights and just wanted to forget the rest of the world. Antiques, history, and a wonderful greeting cat are just some of the things that made this a memerable stay, not to mention the wonderful hostess with the mostess. It was wonderful to sit out on the covered porch and watch the birds go by with a drink in our hands and not a care in the world to be seen. Bonnie we will come again in a heart beat when we can. This is a 10 STAR adventure into the past.

Our visit to Bonnie Dwaine B&B was the most amazing experience. We stayed in the Herron Room and it was so beautifully decorated. From the moment you step in the door you feel like you're at home and so welcome. The whole house is so beautiful. Bonnie is so amazing and sweet! We enjoyed our conversations with her, she was so inviting! The gourmet breakfast was AMAZING!!!!! There so was much food, I was full all day! We will definitely be back!!!

This is an exquisite home. Most beautifully decorated, with something to admire wherever you set your sight. It's luxurious. It's grand. And it's very cosy too. Our host Bonnie was extremely gracious and hospitable. Loved the experience!
