True food is one of our favorite restaurants! I wish there was one in Raleigh- so I'm putting it out there to manifest it! This restaurant would be such a hit in the triangle because of the diverse population which would appreciate good food, wine and dessert!

Wonderful staff and food. True Food Kitchen is a restaurant that offers a unique and delicious dining experience. The menu is full of healthy, organic, and seasonal dishes that are sure to please any palate. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The food at True Food Kitchen is fresh and flavorful. The menu is full of creative dishes that are made with  quality ingredients. The salads are especially delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I definitely recommend this location for a nice quiet date night.

I really enjoy the food here. I drove 30 minutes out just to have it because I had a craving for it. Today I ordered the salmon with brussel sprouts and I really thought it was delicious. I also ordered the peach lemonade which I've never had before in my life and I thought it was amazing. My waitress, I think her name was Kayla. She did a really fine job and she took care of me and my daughter. I would definitely come here again.

Our server was great (Sunday evening- I’m blanking on her name) and food and drinks were good! I had the specialty cocktail for Valentine’s Day weekend with pomegranate infused vodka and champagne, edamame guac & chicken sausage pizza without cheese. They could add some veggies to the pizza.

Really fabulous menu that always changes based on the season. Our server, Nia, was knowledge and friendly and always accessible when we needed something. Great experience and highly recommend the vegan burger.

Excellent food, so many choices! Something for everyone! Chanel was a wonderful waitress. So nice that we were able to eat outside. Paul the manager was incredibly warm and personable. We had such a great time! Even the bathroom smelled good! The place is gorgeous! The design is amazing! Definitely worth it!

Ate all the food and didn’t even feel really heavy or overly full afterwards. Great flavors and really refreshing to not see a bunch of fried stuff on the menu. Will definitely be back for their summer menu.

A photo-worthy restaurant with incredibly kind staff. Our server was so nice! The menu is interesting and seasonal. However, my dish just wasn't it. I think everyone chose better entrees. The drink options were fun and very tasty though. I'd try it again but definitely not get the pesto pasta, it was too bitter and very oily.

I met some friends here for lunch. We all enjoyed the meal we had and the service was good. They were able to split our checks with no issues. I had a grilled tuna salad and it was delicious. We sat and talked for a while and didn't feel rushed to leave.

I've eaten at True Food in Jacksonville, and enjoyed it thoroughly, so I was excited to try this location while on business and staying at a hotel down the street. It was refreshing to see this biz back in operation full swing after COVID19- still traffic was a bit light for a Wednesday evening. I didn't care - I had the entire bar to myself. Quality taste, with quality and healthy - no guilt dining. As someone who's watching my salt intake, this place hit the spot with a couple glasses of wine. The interesting part about eating a healthy meal is that you don't feel bloated or heavy after the meal even AFTER a big burger like you see in the picture. Kale Salad

Just went here for a casual and yummy lunch. Love the food and the atmosphere. Shout out to our waiter Dom, he was great! The chared cauliflower is always my fav, but we loved our pizza and Hawaiian fried rice as well!

I must say the last 3 times going here it has been a welcoming experience. I love that they have nice staff, great food options,and accommodate if you ask nicely to switch out a side for another. Id give it 6 stars if i could!! I love their fish entrees!!! Wish they had more fish options but no complaints!!

Excellent food! The cauliflower appetizer had dates and turmeric...very savory. The burger was well prepared. The restaurant is open and full of light. Will return.

Another delicious meal at True Foods in Bethesda! We sat outside and enjoyed a delightful meal of the Charred Cauliflower appetizer, Smoked Gouda Crustless Quiche, and Ancient Grains Bowl. Everything was scrumptious and healthy!

I came here with a large group after a conference. They were phenomenal! I ordered the spicy Penang curry and it was delicious! The server also brought some green sauce that further jazzed the flavors. Delicious!

Okay so very good food, however, it wasn't very filling for me at all, I can't lie. I got the hatch Chile turkey burger and honestly it was really delicious. It was tangy and very juicy. But it just wasn't filling me up so I had to get some other food to fill me up. I was with a massive group and so it took awhile to come. Our waiter was actually amazing. They were doing it so elegantly. The service and waiters are actually the best part of this restaurant. The reviews aren't lying, the waiters are amazing!! It was expensive and so I don't know, there are probably better places to eat in DC taste wise, however this place was pretty damn healthy.

Went there to celebrate my wife's birthday with some family! My family is vegan and we loved the options and flexibility with the menu! Also they were super accommodating with our table and our server, Hana, was the best... with her recommendations, and her politeness and attention to detail with my family! We loved the ambiance and GM, Chris, was super nice as well! Oh, I almost forgot to mention our food was off the charts! Compliments to the chef! We will be back again!

We had the pleasure of dining at True Food Kitchen, Bethesda. The food is an explosion of flavors, showcasing the culinary genius of the chefs. From appetizers to mains, each dish is a masterpiece of taste and creativity. What sets this place apart is the impeccable service, courtesy of HANA, wonderful server. Her passion for the menu is evident, and her recommendations were spot on. Her attentive and friendly nature made our experience all the more enjoyable. A definite must-visit for food enthusiasts of all kinds!

If ten stars were possible this place would get all of them —and that's true. Great for take out or eat in. Delicious, homestyle and wholesome food with no pretention.

Overall, I enjoyed the drinks and meal here. It was later on a Saturday evening; the place was busy but not overcrowded. Ordered cauliflower as an app, was very good. Entrees were also good as well; we had the lasagna and the zucchini noodles. Desserts were pretty tasty. Recommend trying this place out if you haven't already!

Everything was excellent!! The hummus is to die for. I ordered the Turkey burger and sweet potato fries, and I was extremely satisfied.

This is my new favorite! We had the roasted Brussels sprouts, the forbidden Poke Bowl and the spicy Panang curry with steak. They were all delicious. On top of that, the service was excellent. Can’t wait to try other items on the menu!

Edamame wontons were so good! Hummus was fine. Ordered the butternut squash soup and lasagna, and I was so excited by the food that I forgot to take photos. Dessert was decadent.

I really like this place. It's never too crowded and they have seasonal dishes and drinks using local ingredients. The pizza is always very good and they're usually very fast. A previous time I got the squash pizza. Last time I got the vegan burger, flavor was ok and the presentation was nice, but the patty was so salty I couldn't finish it. Hope it was a one time mistake.

I enjoyed my meal. I sat outside and enjoyed the Edamame Guacamole along with the ancient grains bowl and salad. Our server, Chanel was delightful and recommended the OG as a choice in libations. Dante was amazing as well, checking on us!

Excellent meal, food cooked to perfection. Restaurant changes menu based on the seasons. Complex seasonal flavors with interplay of herbs, spices, and main courses takes your taste buds on an adventure! Make sure to talk to the bartender, he will recommend amazing wines and cocktails for your dinner. Ask him nicely and he'll pair cocktails not on the menu which will blow your mind! Highly recommend!

Just tried True Food for the first time this past weekend. My server, I think his name was Kayu? Recommended the dumplings, turkey burger and the chicken panini - everything was amazing! Will definitely be coming back!
