Nearly every time I go here my order is wrong. This time I got I don’t know instead of ground beef even though the receipt says it. The last time I got given chicken in my nacho fries instead of ground beef. The only time they get the order right is when you order through the drive through and if you are only ordering one thing.

Hi guys. For context I have been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years. Food was cold/lukewarm. I really hope you're following food safety guidelines in terms of hot holding/cold storage. Flavours were nice but my enchilada was not nicely toasted. Nachos were stale. Onions/tomato dice we're at least 2 - 3 days old. You have a great looking store, your brand is strong but competition in the area is fierce. More training required for your staff. Good luck.

First and last time trying Guzman and Gomez. I've found some great Mexican food here since moving from California. G and G isn't it. Ordered a burrito and quesidilla online. Burrito did not taste very fresh but still edible. Quesidilla was not. 2 pieces on top of each other in a box. Carefully tried to remove the top piece to find it was stuck to the bottom piece with filling. Once finally got the top piece off it was a mess. See picture. I've had quesidillas from other online orders at other restaurants and all been great. This was not, see picture.

I would buy again from this place. I will update my review if anything gets worse. Great experience today (11/07/2023) at 2pm.

We have been coming to this location since the first day it opened. While the food quality is rarely an issue, the customer service has become one of the worst. There is one lady in particular (short lady, black hair- would be nice if she had a name tag) that we have been met with at the pick-up window in drive through. Seeing her almost makes us just want to drive off and leave our food. There is never a smile, in fact nothing is ever said. Don’t bother asking for a napkins or sauce as she will simply roll her eyes and close the window in your face. We will be sticking to Kippa Ring from now on…

Absolutely gross. Can't believe this set me back $12. Will never be back.

Joe is the best server ever. He fixes any issues we ever have with a big smile on his face. I can see that he is a great team leader and always has everything under control. Thanks for being amazing joe! we look forward to seeing you every time we are in :). -the two girls

Shout out to Joe! He was so lovely, it was busy the night I came in so some issues happened but he handled it so well and was so nice about it. And found ways to make up for the mistakes made which is amazing! Which by the way I did not ask for, it was a kind gesture from him! Every time I come in, he greets us with a smile and makes the experience so much better.

Almost every time I go there the food is done without much care. It started as a nice place with good food but now it’s gone way downhill . My most recent experience was this burrito that seem like I had to eat the fillings in stages. First a mouthful of guac, then rice, then meat and finally spicy sauce. Other times I just get mostly rice with a bit of meat. You just never know.

We ordered on doordash our food was wet and sloppy i ordered sour cream and I didn’t get it our tacos were falling apart the nachos were a sloppy mess

Was good. We ordered it through the drive-through but the shapes look weird which can cause a car crash.
