Tried this place for the first time this evening and will be the last. Chips and potato scallops undercooked and soggy. Fish bites have very strong 'fish smell' and calamari rings like rubber. What a waste of money.

Order was almost entirely wrong. Received a cod and chips pack instead of a fish burger and chips. Chicken burger that was ordered had fish instead. Potato scallops were crusty and oil drenched, as well as undersalted. Unfortunately the business wouldn't send out the food we originally ordered, which I would have rather had than a refund. The chips were half decent however.

Been here a few times and been great till now. Ordered hot chips over the phone and went down 20 minutes later. They had forgotten my order so I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to prepare it. Got home and there was an underwhelming amount of chips for the price I’ve paid, plus they were old and almost cold as if they’d been sitting behind the counter for 20 minutes. If they made me wait to cook my forgotten order shouldn’t it have been fresh? Salt was incorrect, asked for chicken got normal. Called up to ask for a refund and I was advised that it would be given if I brought the chips back down, which unfortunately my starving kids waited too long for, so they were long gone. After I told them the chips were eaten, they refused to refund me. Absolutely shocking customer service and rip off portion sizing. Will never go back to this establishment.

Service was very ordinary. Had Fish, Chips, Sea Scallops, and Potato Scallops. Chips weren't bad, ever so slightly above average. Potato Scallops were WAY below average. Almost no-one does the good ones anymore, but these were really terrible. Sea Scallops were really very good. The fish was Sea Perch, had a Sea Perch price tag, but was one of the smaller pieces of Perch I've had. Was nice though. Overall rating: Meh. Take it or leave it I guess, but with so many options out there for Fish and Chips I'll just go somewhere else.

Paid $7 for this handful of chips. Portion sizes have decreased significantly, and cost has risen. Not worth spending money there.

Ordered Battered Flake, scallops and hamburger, not the best. flake was good size but cost 11.00 per piece chips soggy undercooked, hamburger soggy potato scallops soggy,lacked salt as did the chips. It used to be a great place for fish and chips with good burgers appears to be slipping.

Currently working around the area, thought I’d get fish and chips. First of all, service from Asian lady was very rude, dag wood dog taste like the smell of the dump, fish tasted like dishwashing liquid (possible old oil), calamari is super rubbery. Only half decent item is the chips. Wont be going back here.

Best fish n chips on the North side. I can't get over their grill'd fish (of your choice) and the battered fish is even better tasting, although I'm not a fan of batter, however have tried it and it's super delicious 😋. Prawn cutlets, calamari, seafood stick....omg 😋

Beautiful big serving of fish, chips and salad. Reasonably priced too. Will definitely order here again!

For start the place is a mess boxes eveywhere dirty benches and ya know you have to pay an extra dollar if you want to pay with a masters card my family's and i orderd 3 burgers and a fish n chip pack for start the burgers where all wrong packaging and had things on it that we asked to be taken off im allergic to tomato and there was tomato on my burger the chips where under cooked and the fish was dry as anything 0/100000 do not go here!.

I have been going to lillybrook seafood for years and they used to be a very good chippy, but the ship has crashed and it is now below average, burnt food constantly.

Chicken burgers were fantastic and the chips with chicken salt were perfect. Crumbed fish was also really good. They were also able to do a crumbed pineapple fritter which you can never find and it was also perfect

I had the fish burger. Chips were super dry fish burger was blend ,burger bun was burnt and dry. Fish itself was tasteless. Definitely not going back again.

Purchased seafood basket for 2. Quite ordinary. Didn’t taste great. Was unwell all night. I would not recommend sorry.

Used to buy chips here all the time and they were best. The last few times I have been disappointed with both the quantity and quality of the food.
