If this is how you treat long time patients, I cannot imagine how new people are treated. What a poor excuse for a clinic. Managment from the main office needs to contact me, my contact info is in your database.

Called to make an appointment at 9:50 am on 1/29/2017. Valerie helped me get registered. I changed my pcp online to have a doctor near me. I needed to visit doctor because I felt terrible and need a note for school and work. Valerie said she would help me get the confirmation number of my online switch. I wait for an hour to call back. I call back and another lady answered, saying I was never registered for my 4 o clock appointment. Needless to say the ladies were unprofessional, putting me on hold while I was trying to tell them the situation calmly. I cried of how I was treated. Overwhelmed with stress. Valerie told me she works with the doctor and remembers everything right. I am in school for Medicine. I'm just 21 and I might still be young, but I do know there is no way you should disrespect anyone for miscommunication. Will have to look for another doctor last minute now.

From the time that I walked in I felt a very warm and friendly feeling. I felt extremely comfortable and relaxed and safe that no matter what was going to happen I was in good hands. I was able to ask as many questions as I needed to in order to put my own mind and my husband's mind at ease that this was the right thing for me. I am very happy that I was able to get this done.

The office setup in Downer’s Grove is amazing. There are chairs for treatments and plenty of space for patients to wait without making contact with others. I was seen quickly by a PA and began my COVID treatment soon after. Everyone was efficient and showed a positive and upbeat attitude.

I went in for my appointment for a Covid test. Staff was lovely and gave us our results quickly! Unfortunately, my insurance company was billed for an office visit. It was declined by them for payment.

Dr, Umang S Patel is an exceptional and knowledgeable gentleman who has been our primary care physician for my whole family for sometime. He will always find time to listen to you no matter how busy his schedule is and to joke with you. Having a conversation with him makes to feel comfortable. I 100% recommend him and the Woodridge Clinic Lombard

The women at the front desk were so quick & thorough. Made getting caught up on boosters super easy & we even got updated vaccine cards!

Nurse was polite, shot was as simple/painless as I could hope, and was in and out quickly. Plenty of day-of appointments available for people getting their vaccines. Very pleased with my experience!

Friendly professional staff. Efficient quick check in for COVID vaccine. They provided me with a new vaccination card with all my past vaccinations. That was nice. The online scheduling for COVID vaccination was confusing as it directed me to the Chicago clinic when only the Downers Grove location has COVID vaccines. I had to call to schedule correctly. Hopefully the online scheduling can be fixed.

The staff was extremely personable, helpful and professional. Shauna the GM of the clinic and Sue the nurse who administered the antibody infusion made the whole process seamless. I thought it went well. Would have preferred another room where it could be more private. My son thought the clinic was not clean, ie stained carpet.

Great experience ar Downers Grove to get monoclonal antibody infusion for my elderly mother. Staff were super nice, informative, and efficient. Dr.Vijay Patel is the best.He has great communication skills and soft skills he gets to the point and is real about your illness and is is very concerned. My whole family see him. My mom dad uncle and late grandma. But sometimes the staff get overwhelmed since is always busy in the Woodridge location. I would still always recommend this doctor because he is great on what he does.
