    I returned an item purchased at this store 2 days after purchasing it. I wanted the money back on my credit card and explained that to the clerk. The clerk was a new employee and needed assistance from others (I'm glad she asked). I explained to each of the others she brought to help that I wanted the refund on my credit card. I was told it wouldn't be a problem. When they completed the transaction, they gave me a store credit. I told them that was not what I asked for. At that point, they said that the refund was complete and that they couldn't do anything else. I told them to do it over and was told again that they couldn't do anything else, this time adding that if I wanted to have the refund moved to my credit card, I would have to come back when the manager was there. I then asked when the manager was in the store. I was told 9 am to 2 pm. So, if I wanted my refund I would have to take of work and lose more money. I raised this issue to corporate and after multiple calls to the call center with promises of calls from the district manager, never received a call back. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that a corporation that steals money from it's own employees would not have any remorse in stealing money from their customers. I hope that others learn from this and do not support Walgreen's. I will never shop there again.

    I have had the rudest customer service from the pharmacy techs in the drive thru pharmacy multiple times. The older woman with the blonde hair needs to learn how to talk and treat customers/people with respect. It takes more energy to be rude to people….this is not the first time she’s been rude. Update: literally the rudest staff. Management creates the environment. The tech just hung up on me!!! I’m not kidding you when I tell you we have had over 15 rude encounters with different members of pharmacy staff at this location. She cut me off on the phone and I called her out for being rude this time and she freaked out on me and started raising her voice at me. I told her it was rude to do that. She didn’t care and proceeded on arguing with me about how to speak to other people politely. She hung up on me. I normally don’t right reviews but it is so appalling how this pharmacy staff treats people! I will be escalating this to corporate at this point.

    I went in this morning and bought some herbal snuff that contains no tabacco. The cashier asked for my ID. As I was reaching for my ID I stated the product did not contain tabacco and they should let Walgreens upper management know. The cashier became aggressive towards me and another employee yelled at me stating, " Sir, it's Walgreens policy". I stated I understand and was only making a statement. The male employee then stated to stop arguing with him. I then told him I wasn't arguing and could he not see I had my ID in my hand? I am 55 years old. Walgreens, you may want to update your policy and hire people that have some kind of customer service.

    So I had an absolute terrible experience. When the transaction of my purchase was over the young Indian cashier tells me that I will not be able to get a paper receipt, then she said the manager can get me a paper receipt so once the manager arrived “the African lady with braids” said that she cannot give me a paper receipt and also said that next time I need to let them know before they ring up my groceries that I want a paper receipt which makes absolutely no sense to me but then she also stated that the machine gives the cashier the option to give me a paper or email receipt which the cashier should have asked me at that time whether I wanted one or not not until the end I’m very disappointed and very aggravated with this experience at Walgreens they need better cashiers that can communicate with the customer better about purchasing and receiving receipts. Two thumbs down!

    Consistently broken drive thru for pharmacy. Super long delays for them just to fill prescriptions. A lot of waiting in line there while they are confused on your order.

    Ashley is one of the pharmacists here and her rude and childish behavior showed when she was rude and I told her she was out of line and she hung up on me. It’s been almost a month since I’ve been out of my medication because of an error on the staff at this location. They don’t know how to go through all of their deliveries is what another Walgreens told me. I had shown up to pick up my medication and was told it was out of stock that it would be in tomorrow showed up the next day and they still didn’t have it. Sent it to a jewel went to the Jewel same runaround. Continue to have to call the Walgreens in Chicago where they told me that they had the package. They just didn’t know what they were doing. I continued to try to call today during work. I’m very busy and I was getting put on hold and when they would pick up I could hear the giggling. This is an absolutely pathetic and unprofessional Walgreens. I gave up and tried calling from my work phone. As soon as I gave them my name the same giggling and leaving me on hold would happen. Pathetic. I will never go there. I just had my prescriptions transferred. I’m sure they’re laughing and they’re cool with this. I’m just letting you know they don’t really care at this location. No matter how serious the time off a medication can be. Horrible. Imagine them messing up and laughing at you. If you’re sadist, this is the location for you. Who does the hiring? How does this sort of person make it this far in an otherwise respected field? Lame.

    Pharmacy at this location is absolutely horrible. Never has prescriptions ready and sends us on wild goose chases. Horrible customer service. Unfortunate for people who are forced to deal with this location

    Only one star because it's close to my house, the rest poor. The attitudes & treatment by the pharmacy was by far the worst I've ever experienced. Double charged & it over drafted my account (I was laid off from my job & on 2 days of withdrawal from medication:Zoloft..if you've ever been on a medication like that or similar to, withdrawal is hell,but I'm not a jerk). Go to payndouble charge card got declined. Girl got manager over..I go to explain..he laughed in my face, berated me to show him my bank account, cut me off mid sentence several times..what took the cake was him waving his finger in my face & telling me I'm wrong. I've worked customer service/retail/sales for 20 years & I have kids..patience is built into me..but this manager here (the boy) broke the stick of patience. Never again..

    I bought 2 boxes of Christmas lights and 1 box did not work. The location closes at 10pm and i areived 10:02pm to do an even exchange for a set of working lights. The employee at the door wouldn't even let me get a word in. She just kept saying no no and waving her arms. Bah humbug

    ABOVE AND BEYOND! I had a prescription sent from urgent care and they sent to my old pharmacy even though I gave them the updated information. Called and spoke with Olivia and she let me know they didn't have what I needed but the checked a couple other locations close by, transfered and I'm still able to get today (being 1.5 before close). Again thank you so much.! Saved me so much time.!

    This Walgreens is understaffed and can be rude. I suggest going to another walgreens. I've waited on hold for over 25 minutes before anyone decided to pick up the phone.

    The older dark haired gentleman did not have patience or empathy at checkout. Currently experiencing a lot of personal problems(divorce, family member has cancer). I decided to go to Walgreens and buy some gifts and I thought you were able to split payment, but he vehemently said no. So I told him then cancel. (I should’ve just left) but I wanted to purchase a few of the items. He rang up items I asked to be put aside. But apparently it was added on to the final number. Then he chased after me without he bag of items I didn’t want. Whatever happened to being kind? I felt like I had broken the law.

    Manager with tattoos here is the most depressed person/ hates his job I have ever seen. Ask him to do something and he looks at you like your asking him to move a mountain. I’ll go to jewel across the street

    Walgreens isn’t what it used to be! Less employees and more automated alerts. They text, call, email and pop up alerts yet when I get there to pickup prescriptions I have to wait forever. Not enough staff in the Pharmacy!!!!! UNREAL JUST UNREAL!

    Extremely disrespectful staff. I was practically chased out of the store over a disagreement. I wonder if they even know what customer service is at this location. The two problems in this store was an elderly white lady and whom I believe to be a manager, an Indian lady both of which was at a register up front. I was purchasing tobacco, and was asked for an ID. I jokingly said "I'm surprised your asking i figured I looked to old." The old white woman interjected and began yelling at me saying that it was policy and that I could buy my tobacco somewhere else. I was blown away. I hope that joke of an employee loses her job like she's losing walgreens business.

    The cashier was rude. The cashier told me to step back while he was helping someone else. That was no big deal, so I did step back. Just not where he wanted me to, and there was no sign telling me where to stand. Then he gave me attitude and said “Yes, I asked you to step back” in a very rude tone. Like how am I supposed to know where to stand when there are no signs telling where to stand. Then when I am being checked out, he was not even friendly, he was very short with me. The guy didn’t have a name tag, but to describe him he was a middle aged man probably in his 40s and he kind of looked like Cesar Millan.

    I do not leave many reviews, and only the best ones do I take the time to leave one for. If I could leave TEN stars, I would for Pharmacist Sonia at this Walgreens location! Sonia helped me with a very urgent and complicated personal matter, and did so with courtesy and speed! Thank YOU, Sonia!!!

    Exceptionally slow pharmacy. They make you reserve an appointment time for covid vaccine and then you spend an hour and a half waiting past your appointment time anyways. Why even bother making an appointment then? I don't think they understand what an appointment means.
