We started out by hand picking specific flowers, all yellow with large baby’s breath. The cost was $75 we pre paid. We allowed No substitutions and to call if could not get what we picked. We were told it was to be picked up by 8:30 am at their request as it was mother’s day weekend. They called night before to say it would not be ready til 11. We get there at 1050 a bit early but expecting to wait as we had other appointments. They looked at us and said we called you. I said I know that is why I am here at 1050. Not a warm welcome. We waited in car,went back in and it was missing a flower and she said she substituted and had greens in it to which was not requested either. She offered to spray paint the flower to get the right color, which is ridiculous, because for 76$ I’m not paying for spray paint. She mentioned 3 times “ I think it’s pretty” . I said flowers are pretty but this not not what we asked for. Especially for $75and late. The lady was just trying to make a sale, not concerned with the product. We finally got her to give money back. We desperately called another florist in town and upon short notice made close to what was wanted for $45. So between being late and no communication and price... 3 strikes. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you want to get a bouquet with the right flowers and right color for a better price I suggest you go somewhere else.

Unreal service at this place. Paul went above and beyond the call of correcting a mishap that was completely my mistake in filling out the wrong recipient address. Was polite, thoughtful and even fixed my mistake for no additional charge and said they would still get the flowers out the same day to the right address. Truly first class service you don't see anymore! Will definitely be using Phillip's flowers in the future for all flower ordering needs! Thank you again Paul!

I live out of State but use this florist as my go to for parents, friends that live in the Westmont area. I can say nothing but Exceptional Product and Service. Just love them. Getting ready to call for holiday orders now.

Very nice people to deal with. From Google Maps, it appears like there is not enough room to maneuver, but they clearly keep employees and customer cars out of the space that is needed to get to the dock. You have to slide your tandems to the rear. It was a quick unload.

Long-time customer, and as always, they exceeded my expectations. They were able to deliver a beautiful floral arrangement to mom, just in time for her birthday, on the snowiest day that we have had in a very long time. Without a doubt, Phillip’s Flowers is the BEST florist to go to for your wedding and all your other floral needs! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, my husband and I decided to have a “small” event with immediate family only in 2021, and pushed our “big” event to 2022. We worked with Dean at the Westmont location for the small wedding, which was by far the EASIEST part of the planning process. Prior to our in-person meeting, I completed their questionnaire with details of our event, color scheme, flower arrangements we needed, etc. and brought photos of what I was looking for. Dean was very receptive to my vision and gave helpful suggestions on what we could do and how to make each item look its best throughout the whole day. All the flowers turned out to be an absolute DREAM, and picking them up the morning of was quick and simple. Because I was so happy with how the flowers turned out, I decided to use Phillip’s again for the big wedding a year later. After completing and submitting the questionnaire again (this time specific to the big wedding), Dean referred me to Kim at the Wheaton location since they were closer to our venue. Working with Kim was just as simple—we were able to quickly confirm what arrangements were needed and where everything needed to be delivered via phone and email, and her team at the Wheaton store was so very nice when I came in to drop off vases and complete payment. The flowers were just as gorgeous and we received many compliments from our guests! My husband and I recommend Phillip’s Flowers for your wedding and for any other special occasion!

My experience with them has been wonderful but only when Pam was working there and our main point of contact. lately pricing is off the charts and it seems like management is prioritizing profits over personal relationships and customer service. Dean F has rubbed me and my family the wrong way.

We recently worked with the Design Center on wedding decorations at St. James Chapel at Quigley in downtown Chicago. The Phillip's team had great ideas for what would work and were able to meet the guidelines set by the church. This is how the flower arrangement looked like after 3 days. 70% of flowers are already dead.. Roses from Jewel Osco are looking like they are on the first day.. Expected a little more after spending a few hundred dollars.. Never again buying flowers from here, money completely wasted..

We LOVED everything about our wedding flowers. After overspending on our catering budget, we needed to make sure our floral budget was reasonable. We worked with Laura Walsh, who made our dreams come true. She made suggestions that we would've never thought of ourselves, including using a lot of candles and greenery to offset some of the typical floral costs. The table arrangements were gorgeous, and the arrangements they made for our altar were so much more than what we were expecting in the best way possible. We received tons of compliments and best of all, we didn't break the bank to make any of it happen. We couldn't recommend Phillips (and Laura Walsh in particular) any higher.
