The place is great and very cool wear gloves and a hat for the head of the small cable car is fun for about 10 minutes which gets you to a high summit in the end you find a small café, the atmosphere there is excellent and the big TV is fun to watch the city from the top down down the most flawed when you go with a tourist group that exploits you in the prices of booking and tickets exaggeration and the way too Tired and long It is better to go book a private car or contact a trusted tourist office so that you enjoy the most advice take food with you because you eat my greetings to you

I don't recommend this hotel. The waiters in the restaurant are not friendly, it's the worst hotel in Turkey we've ever been to

Been skiing everywhere, and this is by far the worst skiing experience i have ever had, resort is not bad however the slopes treatment is the worst, rocks and tree trunks chopped in the middle of the slopes and my beloved expensive slalom ski got damaged, badly. And plus they rip you off if u are not Turkish, like in ur face. They charge Turkish people for a sandwich 20 and they want to charge you 40. People are rude and not helpful especially if u do t speak the language, will never come back

The hotel kept me waited for 5 hours just so they can clean the room, and I couldn’t be able to ski because I didn’t have access to the room. Bad experience.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Although we were told that there was free parking, when we arrived it turned out that it was a small place in front of the hotel for about 20 cars and of course it was full. They started offering us paid parking lots, which were not very close. I can't understand why they didn't warn us that the parking lot is for a limited number of cars and that advance booking is required. The entrance is terrible, old and without an elevator to the reception. You have to carry your suitcases like a porter up the stairs. The prices at the bars are unreasonably high, 45 Turkish lira for a cappuccino. The rooms are too small. The booking site said that there was a swimming pool and sauna, but there were none. Stay away from this hotel.

If you are a westerner planning the ski trip here, in one word - don't. The tracks, despite what website claims are Blue category at best. The ski school that my friend "attended" is a joke, also is as expensive as in Austria 4 hours skipass is 70Tl ($20) and 120Tl($35) for a day, which is comparable to Germany, but the lifts themselves are mostly short, some are very old. Personally have been mugged at one of the ski rentals for contents of my wallet in the middle of the day. Pretty much no one speaks English, even in the hotels The views are good, but again not comparable to Alps, even tho the price is Underwhelming, expensive and not particularly safe for 1-2 people.

Best and one of the oldest (but very well maintained - modern rooms and great buffet) hotels in Uludağ. Situated on the best spots.

I would like to clarify some things for everyone who wants to stay in this hotel. It was the WORST! we went there with no expectations because we just wanted to ski. Anyways, let me start up with some details. we arrived around 9 and the check in time was at 2 am. when the check-in time had came I requested the key. they told me to wait a bit more, said fine ill wait. they gave me a card with my name on it but the room number was changed two times. every time we wanted to use the elevators we waited AT LEAST 15-20 minutes and had to climb up the stairs every day. the staff is using the same elevators and when the elevator goes up it doesn't stop. it only stops when it goes down!!! the breakfast is from 7-10 am and they start kicking you out at 9.40. we bought "all expenses paid" package but when we requested water to our room they charged us. a housekeeping lady opened our door to enter and came in without even warning us! IT WAS UNBELIEVABLE HOW SHE MARCHED IN AND SCANNED THE ROOM WITH HER EYES! she said she came in by mistake but didn't even knock the door before she entered, there wasn't any housekeeping coming to our room to clean. THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED, IT WAS VERY DIRTY, THE BATHROOM AND THE TUB WAS FULL OF HAIR EVEN THOUGH I REQUESTED CLEANING 3 TIMES! OUR SINK WAS BROKEN AND WASN'T WORKING IF NOT HELD! Some of the employee were very kind but some of them were very mean. We were told that we could spend some time at the third floor where the fireplace is. We waited 4 hours for a couple of wooden sticks ( we called them to ask if they could bring sticks or not, they told us to wait 15 mins and they will come right away ) at the end we found out that they didn't even inform the person who is responsible with the fireplace. When the wood came in after 5-6 people called the reception another men came to kick us out because they need to disinfect the room. there is a huge miscommunication problem with the staff. they have many rules that no one cares about and they treat you like you owe them something. they told us that we have ski pass for 3 days and gave us a paper we needed to travel to the hotel 2-3 times for information. they are expecting for you to know everything. It has a very very good location that is the reason why we preferred the hotel. We also heard good things about it until we arrived. every person we met during our stay in the hotel complained about the same things. in conclusion I would not recommend the hotel for the people who are looking for comfortable stay.

Their bar DJ has suined our night there. We asked him to play a song he didn't even listen to me then the waiter told me to pay him a drink for that and we did yet he didn't paly it. Piece if Robb. If we weren't on in holiday we would definitely create a big problem thefe so that next time he should not fool others. And prices are very expensive as it is a five stars luxury club. Ps: i don't know about the hotel

Great food, great service and an amazing view of the mountains. Private ski lift and the staff are always ready to assist you with anything.

😠 If there was a zero rating, I'd give it to this hotel. One of the worst hotels in the world! We had 5 deluxe rooms at the property and gave them huge business for 2 whole days. The return favour from the management was that on our departure, they charged us USD 200 for a toy previously broken by o...
