started
up
almost
2
months
ago
here
at
BSweat
and
the
support
and
guidance
I
have
received
from
all
the
coaches
has
been
incredible.
I’ve
got
multiple
injuries
I’m
going
through
and
the
support
with
those
is
amazing,
they’ve
catered
to
my
abilities
and
they
consistently
ensure
that
I
am
doing
exercises
that
will
target
the
same
muscles
but
won’t
irritate
my
injuries.
I’ve
also
had
a
couple
of
personal
training
sessions
to
test
my
ability
to
do
different
exercises
and
see
what
I’m
comfortable
and
where
my
limit
is.
This
has
meant
that
I
got
a
chance
to
find
out
what
works
best
for
my
body
and
what
doesn’t.
Joe
has
been
my
personal
training
coach
and
he
has
put
so
much
effort
and
thought
into
each
exercise
I
do
to
ensure
I
am
using
the
correct
techniques.
BSweat
is
an
overall
awesome
community
to
be
a
part
of
and
I
don’t
plan
on
ever
leaving
it.
Blair
is
an
awesome
person
to
work
with
as
well
and
is
currently
supporting
me
in
the
6
week
challenge
they
have
going
on
to
become
the
best
version
of
myself.
What
I
love
most
about
BSweat
is
how
encouraging
everyone
is
there
especially
during
our
workout
sets.
It
doesn't
matter
if
you’re
the
slowest
and
the
last
to
finish
the
workout
the
support
is
even
bigger
then
because
everyone
is
cheering
you
on
to
get
that
last
set
finished
especially
when
it’s
lifting
heavy
weights
as
your
last
exercise!
(I
had
that
exact
experience)
To
me
personally
I
need
that
support
to
keep
going
and
that’s
exactly
what
I
got.
At
the
end
of
the
workout
everyone
is
always
fist
bumping
and
saying
good
job
and
it
makes
me
feel
even
better
that
we
all
support
each
other
even
if
we’re
all
at
different
stages.
