I am a 46 year old man and I ordered a mini burger meal with apple pie. I had a 2 hour wait and it still didn't come so I rang the takeaway and they said they haven't started cooking yet. When it finally arrived later on I was disappointed to see that they missed out my fruit shoot. When I started to eat my miniburger I bit into a bone and it had a note on it saying don't order from us again. So I rang and said ok. Then I started to eat my apple pie and to my horror lentils mixed with diarrhoea leaked out when I broke it apart with my hands. Definitely ordering from here again and will ask them to salt the diarrhoea to get more flavour.

It's not just happened once but so many times cold food, missing items and once I ordered for collection came home I was very hungry and hoping this time food guna be okay soon as I opened my burger box u know what I realised the top burger bun was missing!!! How am I supposed to eat burger like that! I rang back and told them u know what they said oh collect an order one no sorry nothing.

Meaby not great about time and higiene but is 100 times better like KFC in Burton. This dixy have great sauce and don't have problems with quality. KFC Burton On Trent should be closed straight away. Denger food for people in KFC Burton on Trent.

The food is never what u ask for and it’s always different!!! Cold dry hard chicken!!! Disgusting food honestly even when u tell them fresh fries they still give u old cold food , absolutely ridiculous service , ((((just chicken ))))is the place to go for food always fresh and good service 👌

Its OK, looks like its under new management, also. The great offers that were there before have been removed and prices have gone up by 20% on everything, sadly the quality hasn't stayed the same either or the portions. The chicken content has been reduced in my opinion. The standard chicken fillet burger looks more like the same size as a large strip. So not sure why they've gone so stingy if prices have been increased. The only thing that is consistent is the fries, but also pricier now. The menu was made with great value for everyone (kids, those not well off) and made this place the best in town, but sadly not anymore.

Fries that have been fried about 5 times!! Not nice giving a regular customer fries that are fried multiple times!!

Waited an 1 and a half and still it’s wasn’t delivered, no call nothing. I called like 5 times and it was just excuses each time. Not a good place at all.

They will give You different food instead of what You order, tv on that loud that can not have a conversation, Customer service very poor. Food was OK some time ago.

Where do I start, food was over an hour and half late, when it turned up surprise surprise no pizzas! Cold chips and been using this establishment for years but this is the last straw, seems like it has truly gone downhill.

Food was very nice and tasty staff was very friendly and the restaurant had a great atmosphere. New simply burgers are the best whenever i come to burton i must try to have beef burgers from simply menu. Highly recommended

Waited 30min for collection and still they managed to burn my chicken panini the chicken wings were dry and cold

Had unexpected guests and we needed tasty pizzas quickly. Service was excellent, within 30 minutes, we had pizzas delivered and they were enjoyed by all the guests. Thank you
