Visited at 10 am, lovely sunny day made it a perfect walk through the woods, trees give a nice shade also, kids had a great time, we dident get to a park as we had limited time unfortunately. Will update with pics soon. Car park shuts at 5pm. Please like my review if I've been helpful.

We went here for somewhere different to go. Nice little place to walk around the woods. Small parking area. Plenty of benches and picnic benches to use.

I've only explored a little bit of this so far but will definitely be going back to explore more. It has a nice little river, free car park, plenty of benches, its pram friendly and dog friendly.

Such a lovely country park to walk around, I take my Frenchie Spud here quite a lot and he loves being off the lead running in and out of the trees, grass and paths. Our favourite bit is a long narrow path near the back of the park where in the right conditions you can spot falcons!!

Such a beautiful area of the countryside . Well worth a visit and maybe take a little time to enjoy a peaceful recharge of your batteries.

Great place for a walk on a sunny day. The paths are well maintained and the scenery is pretty. There are bluebells out. Only downside is the noise from the M53, but that can't be helped! The gradient might be difficult for those who require greater accessibility.

A good size free car park, with rangers station. Leads into a lovely park. Dog friendly. Good walk ways, though a little steep down to the main park. A lovely stream running through with picnic benches and normal seating dotted about. A lovely walk with friends, children and doggies. The snowdrops were just giving way to the bluebells as I went. It will be a carpet of blue at the end of April beginning of May, stunning I imagine. A great park. Will be returning.

Lovely little country park for a walk in the woods with river running at the base. Free car park. Multiple entry points around the area. Rangers Lodge but unclear when open.

Not a bad little park. Nice walks around there, quite a lot of dog muck as well, I guess the dog walkers aren't the best at picking up after their pets. Other than that, nice, would visit again

Great dog walking spot, but can get muddy after some rainfall!

Lovely wooded river walk. Both our dogs & grandchildren love it especially when they can play in the river. Beautiful show of bluebells in the spring. There are 2 parts to this country park. Be careful when crossing the dividing road.

We usually take our dogs for walks here. Decent pathways and quite sheltered by trees, which is good if the weather isn't great. Could do with more dog poo bins. Ample size car park but can get busy.

Different I was disappointed the car park closed early. I felt so much history in one place no foundation or anything left . To show what it once was. Not enough benches on side walks and not enough bins. Felt this park needs some kinda push to make it more interesting. Its nice but it needs something more

Really nice walk. Could do with some community events like clean up. Den building for children and nice playground. It will be nice if there will be enclosed area for dogs. And some bins along main paths will help to keep area clean. Other than that worth going for relax.

Lovely peaceful place, you can have short or long walks depending on what you want. Paths are well kept and accessible to all, lots of bird life around and the brook is visible for a lot of the walking areas. Visited in early May and the bluebells were out just to add to the beauty of the place. I used to live very near here and hadn't visited the valley in nearly 50 years, I couldn't believe how much the woodland had expanded.

Lovely walks through a lovely area of woodland. There are various paths that can be taken but always easy to follow back to where you started. Is very popular during the warm weather but still a pleasant stroll. Nice to see the natural woodland that hasn't been altered by human intervention.

Lovely place to walk your dog. Nice woodland paths and a stream, quite low at the moment. Lots of bluebells in the spring. You can extend your walk over the golf course to visit Burleydam garden centre .

It's a really pretty place to visit with free parking. It's just a real shame that the dog owners don't pick up after their pets. It's so bad you can smell it in the air!
