Arrived here for a much needed coffee, staff were polite but very slow with service, the coffee was bitter tasting and lukewarm the venue was dirty, tables filled with cups, plates ect, tables dirty you did not want to hang around. Would not recommend this better go next door to Greg's

I stop at other Starbucks locations often to get a coffee and a quick breakfast in the morning but this location is clearly the poor relation to the other locations I've visited. Two staff members were working when I arrived and despite being cheerful and friendly myself the staff were rude and disinterested. They were both on their phones and seemed inconvenienced by my arrival. The toilets were filthy and hadn't been cleaned, the glass in the door was smeared with what looked like food and there was no soap in the dispenser. The breakfast I ordered typically comes in a cardboard carton with utensils and napkins already in the bag but today it came thrown into a paper bag without any wrapping so it just made the paper wet and greasy and I had to ask for cutlery. When i got into the car the breakfast started to come through the bag onto the car so it just turned into a mess and my coffee was lukewarm and didn't taste as it usually does. Really disappointing experience and I'll be avoiding this location from now on despite being in such a convenient location.

Service, Drinks and food good. More time could be spent on cleaning. Floor needed a sweep, tables had cups left while staff stood chatting. Toilets needed a real good clean.

I love coming to this Starbucks. All of these horrible reviews are just not true and have upset me to be honest. Meg the ginger one is the most helpful, kind and lovely girl. She always makes my drink tasty and hot and always ensures the toilets and full to the brim with toilet roll. I always do my work here with my good friend Lauren and she also loves the service. I visited here with a friend and today have been issued with a 100.00 parking fine. NO WHERE does it state there is limited time here. Absolutely disgusting.

Really confusing entrance and a door you could use to go in from the patio/outdoor seating area. Pretty slow service and the staff looked confused. Standard coffee quality (no surprise).

Went in at 6.05 pm not shutting till 7. My friend wanted to go to the toilet but they said they were closed as she had already put bleach down. It was still nearly an hour till closing she could have put some more down it is not hard. Also wouldn't let us sit in it was takeout only. They were out of oat milk (but had other non dairy milks) and not really any vegan cakes or tray bake kind of goods. Board advertised some plant-based sandwich options that we didn't need to try. Looked clean and tidy inside but we took coffee away. Got served quickly enough though.

Pretty standard Starbucks, the staff are quick and friendly but sometimes gat a little backed up with their food orders. It is situated between a subway and a petrol station with a Greg's. There are toilets for customer use and the entrance has a ramp for wheel chairs.

A really nice cafe in a really useful location. The facilities are very clean and tidy and there was a good selection of food and drinks.

This is only my second time I have stopped at a Starbucks in my life, because I dont like coffee, I really dont like coffee...not the smell, not the taste, not with milk not with sugar, not with alcohol. All that being said, I stopped and had a sandwich ...tomato with mozarella . What a delight! The staff was friendly. The store was clean. The display case was full with so many other options I could return here often.

Door locked at 18:30 hrs despite staff visible and 2 customers within. Customers leaving stated oh they are shut . On getting back in our vehicle another customer tried the door and found it locked. Very disappointing and business loosing both custom and reputation.

I visit this Starbucks often as it is on my way to and from work and on my way to North Wales On Sunday, 5 Feb. they were open and supposed to close at 7 pm. I got my coffee to go and as I got into my car, the guy locked the doors but it was only 6:40pm. Another couple arrived and of course turned away Today I was charged 5 p for take out charge, the guy looked shocked that I called him out on this. I know it us only 5p but I stayed in for my coffee. What is up with this?

I've been here a few times but this wasn't the best experience. Cheese toastie was overcooked and it was a joke trying to cut it up with the wooden knife and fork. Gents toilet was out of order and due to the apparent difficulty of using the adjacent disabled facility, said gents had liberally peed all over the floor. Pretty disgusting really. At least the have dryer worked.

I called off at the Starbucks on the way back from a day trip for a drink and the toilet. There was nobody at the counter when I entered so I made my way to the toilet first. Whilst I was in the toilet all the lights went out, I made my way out of the toilet and the whole shop had been closed and the doors all locked. I was locked in the Starbucks store, dark and alone. I was hugely panicked and running around the store. I spotted the fire door and barged through. I got out and the store alarm went off, blaring, i then got into my car, thoroughly shaken up. I then saw the staff member run to the door, let herself in and turn the alarm off. Not stopping to ask me anything, she just drove off. Utterly disgusted and will be taking this much further.

I visited at 10am. Even at this time, the floors and surfaces were filthy and the washrooms were horrific (I won't go into detail but suffice to say I took one look in one of the stalls, turned round and left). The coffee was ok but my shoes stuck to the floor as I left with it. I have never seen a mainstream, large chain coffee shop in such dirty condition and I will not be returning.

Typical Starbucks. When we went there was plenty of parking and it was quiet inside. Pretty clean and Mens toilet was out of action which meant there was a que for the disabled/baby changing. Though the staff did try to direct men that didn't need to use the disabled/baby changing to the petrol station next door as they have multiple mens toilets.

We stopped here for breakfast. It was freezing cold the air con was on full blast and it wasn't even a warm day. The toilet floors were soaking. Overpriced food, £6 for a sausage bap with 2 sausages in.
