Always a nicely laid out garden centre, like most though, a little pricier than local nurseries. Fair selection of bedding and hardier plants. Nice choice of outside furniture and seating. Good variety of cards, pottery, candles and gift ideas plus clothing, food and hobby crafts. Lovely cafe that's always busy.

Wow! Popped in for lunch with my daughter and was wonderfully surprised. Food was gorgeous, presented beautifully, tasted amazing. Seriously, try it.

It's ok , didn't find what i needed , was looking for staff to ask but seem to get a feeling that they don't won't to be approached , and always have a feeling of being watched , good cakes and got my self a lovely little indoor water feature,

Garden centre itself is fine. You get exactly what you would expect from a garden centre. Unfortunately when it takes you longer to queue and pay than it does to browse, it's an issue. The poor lady on the 1 open till was doing her best.

Found exactly the garden furniture we were looking for online at Burleydam at a great price. There was an issue with delivery but Claire was a joy to deal with. She tried very hard to help and was so polite and caring, great customer service. The issue was resolved and the furniture arrived, fantastic quality lounge set from Supremo. A great experience dealing with an online purchase 175 miles from us. Well done all and we hope to pop in one day if nearby.

Had a problem with some new garden furniture that was short of a bolt for the table.Spoke to Bella the duty manager who found a spare in the warehouse and suggested we bring the table in as we struggled with assembly. She arranged for another colleague to do the assembly while we had a coffee.Great customer service from very pleasant helpful people. Neil +Hilary Towers

Fantastic service from Colin and staff at Burley dam Garden Centre. A really great experience from placing the order with the sales team; payment and very helpful staff and an efficient delivery next day of our company Xmas tree and pointsettia plants. The quality of the tree and plants are fantastic and a big shout out for the driver who spent some time helping put the tree in the stand. As always an excellent all round service and we thank you all so much. Merry Christmas to you all. Highly recommend you 🎄🎄🎄🎄

One of my favorite places in the world. Wonderfully designed/decorated, lovely, helpful staff. Café has really yummy lunches, drinks and desserts, pet friendly (except in cafe) and lots of items at great prices. My regular spot to take my neighbour out for a cheer-up or catch-up all the time. Great place to be rain or shine!

Fantastic Gardening centre, has lots of great items to buy. Christmas ornaments, gardening bits, candles, food etc. Also has a cafe for a bite to eat. There is a shoe shop within the garden centre named Pavers. Clean, tidy and friendly place.

Burleydam never fails to impress. The food is freshly cooked & served by friendly people. And it doesn't break the bank. An excellent place to meet friends for an excellent lunch Xx

Lovely breakfast for £5.50 for a 5 item traditional breakfast,with a round of toast. Pot of tea or coffee is extra. At £3 to £4.20 depending what you drink. Service is excellent from the staff who are happy to help, if your tray is full and will accommodate you to your table. Well worth a visit. Then walk around the centre to your hearts content looking and browsing a garden centre has to offer. Some great deals to have.

Lovely place! Great helpful staff and a clean, homely cafe with great snacks and meals. The clothes and shoe shops are beautiful and reasonably priced, not to mention the gifts. Christmas in there was spectacular! Thank you guys. 💐

Lovely garden centre and dog friendly. If they had a portion of indoor seating area for dog owners would be 5 star. Met other customers who felt same, would have spent more if they could have sat indoors with their dog (raining outside) .

The staff were their usual very helpful, efficient and polite selves. The service was prompt and the food and drinks were up very acceptable. In general, the cafe area was noticeably cold however.

Terracotta pots are really good value for money. Bought one for £40 too small, will use it for a great vine. Went back and purchased this for £60. My birthday olive tree from B & M fits perfectly. Friendly staff as well

This place is so nice and so big, there is lots of things to choose from so everyone will definitely find something. They also have a food area as well which is so cute and great quality. It's been a couple years since being back but if I remember correctly I'm sure they have a cafe as well. Love this shop when i am visiting my grandad. Can't wait to return again soon.

Cafe review. Worst decaff coffee ever, I watched the person making them and the coffee missed the pot and went into the drip tray. I asked for a replacement and watched it being made but it came out tastings like hot milk. The staff were condescending and rude.

Nice garden centre with different areas including clothes , shoes, cards and gifts. Stocks Tigi clothes so will go again. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and the cafe is lovely with good food and drink. Toilets are also very clean and tidy as is the whole site.

It's OK but quite expensive with a limited offering in terms of plants. They keep saying that they are 7th best garden centre in the country. This is not true and based on an old Independent top 10 from 15 years ago and in no order. It makes them happy I suppose. It's not true anyway. Grosvenor much better.

Large garden centre. Excellent range of products for garden and home. Went specifically for an orange blossom tree and bought the last one. Staff very helpful and full of advice. Nice cafe again staff very accommodating. Delicious carrot cake and coffee.

We have a dog. He is more than welcome in all parts of the site except the cafe (there is outside cafe seating where dogs are welcome). The staff are excellent and welcoming and the centre itself has a good selection of plants and gardening accessories. We will visit frequently, with our dog, and spend our garden money here rather than elsewhere. Good decision Burleydam to allow dogs.

I bought a rattan table, before delivery they noticed it had been damaged, rang me, delivered me a loan table whilst they sourced me another then delivered my new table. Iam delighted, Andy and the garden furniture team kept me informed and ensure they look after their loyal customers. Would always buy from Burleydam, top quality service.

Delicious freshly made sandwiches, cake and a pot of loose leaf tea for lunch. Excellent selection of Christmas decorations beautifully displayed. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Lovely place to visit.

Outrageously good experience. Ordered very large garden furniture set on Sunday, got a call Monday to confirm, dispatched Wednesday, delivered Thursday. Considering all other furniture places say delivery in 7-10 days, this was exceptional!

Visited Burleydam with my daughters and granddaughter. Lovely place with a good variety of plants and gifts. We had drinks and some food in the cafe which was very nice. Only downside is because of the time we visited we'd missed the brunch bar and there was only panini's, sandwiches and chips left. Still enjoyed the food though. Staff very pleasant.

Expensive cafe which cant handle when its busy as it completely inefficiently uses staff. One lad making 50 sandwiches for an annoyed line of customers while girls stand around watching him waiting to put said food on tables. The corner stone of bad time / staff management. A pub would be cheaper and faster

Went with my two sisters for a look around advised to wear masks while walking around store hand sanitizer available at the entrance. Nice selection of items throughout store. Called in the tea shop nice pot of tea each sister had a scone but wasn't as impressed with it as on previous visits. If you sre looking for a special gift plenty yo choose from.

Excellent garden centre. Nice range of plants and garden needs. Has Class and Pavers shoes as well as the normal garden centre things like candles etc. The restaurant is lovely. Food nicely cooked and beautifully presented and very reasonably priced. Lovely selection of cakes as well. Highly recommend a visit.

Absolutely love Burleydam and I always will. They have a massive range of products across the store; not just for gardening either. Pavers Shoes always seem to have good prices on brands (I've bought a few pairs of Sketchers from here), the groceries for sale by the tills always have a lovely selection, and the Orchard Cafe... well, I highly recommend anyone visiting as the food has never disappointed me. The Welsh Rarebit in particular is absolutely delicious. 😋
