Staff just shut whenever they feel like it. 8.30pm tonight I got told it’s take out only and they were putting seats on tables, an hour and a half before they shut @ 10pm. Last time I turned up at 9pm and they weren’t taking any orders as they were closing early. If you want food and want to sit in the restaurant, I would suggest getting there 3 hours before close just to be safe!

Best Taco Bell I’ve been to, biggest and cleanest, with the most seats and even a drive through! Good staff. Tasty food as ever, by far the best fast food chips that exist in my opinion.

Good for something a bit different but very greasy and fatty. Goes through you quickly if you get my drift. Staff were pleasant enough but took a long time for my order to arrive (drive through)

ordered on deliveroo and did not get sent a single thing that i ordered. the food i did get was cold and everything i ordered was missing. never getting again worst experience ever. mcdonalds does a better job than this.

It was OK for being a fast food chain. Unlimited drink refills. We stayed for a while after lunch waiting for the hotel Check-in time to come, we were able to charge our mobiles. Enjoyable for a fast food joint.

Great fresh food, fast service, clean restaurant. Painfully loud staff. I was here last Saturday and the lad calling the orders was louder than an American drill Sargent, kept making my friend and I jump every time he yelled an order, absolutely no need to shout that loud in such a small establishment. Besides that, fully recommended cheap restaurant 👍

We go here now and again. There is enough parking, with disabled parking. It has wheelchair access. It has a drive through. It has toilets. It is always clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and they always get your order right. They quite often have a 20 minute wait on service, I think this is when the drive through is busy, but they inform you as soon as you arrive. The food is nice and they have a good menu. They do take away and delivery. They have a couple of tables outside.

Absolutely vile place. Staff ignore you as you walk in. Waiting to be served. Other members of staff had to ask one member who was “cleaning” to come serve customers. Once getting our food I walked to the drink dispensers. As I walked over there was food left out all other place. All over the floor. The drink dispenser had mildew on it and was disgusting too touch. The ladies toilets were blocked, the men’s smelt like a water treatment plant. And the food was bland and overpriced worst experience ever

It is quite empty because there is a lot of uber eats and delivery. But, the staff were very friendly and professional. They explained the menu to me with patience and knowledge. The drinks are a nice variety. The place is fairly clean.

Good food at a great price. Stopped off here to feed the family as the wanted something different to the normal burger and chicken. Would he great to see more taco bells around the UK. Food was good and served fast. Restaurant was a good size and clean and tidy. With the exception of the bin outside overflowing

We were given leaflets at the till for freebies and discounts available by downloading the app. Downloaded whilst in store and completed our meal with a free Taco. Great customer service. Thank you to the lad who served us!!

Bit of a hit and miss. Last time we went and ordered a relatively big order for takeaway, they forgot to put half of our order in the bag. Most recent visit however through the drive thru was excellent, with friendly staff who kindly answered our questions and the food has improved in our opinion as well. Especially appreciated the notice when about to enter the drive thru about frying chips in the same oil and as other non-veggie foods in case anyone is uncomfortable with that, and the alternatives they offer (rice or black beans).

In the words of the kids " Dad, this could be our new place!" 😂 Amazing food and reasonably priced too. We had to wait a while at the drive-thru but totally worth it. First time we'd been to one of these but it won't be long til we return! Definitely recommend and much nicer than a McDonald's! Thanks.

Great food loved it. Staff are awful we dinned in waited 10 min at the till being ignored and finally ordered on the screen instead. Swearing from the kitchen when our order went in 4 of us. Then when given the food we got chips missing and were not served in boxes and also no marking on the packaging to tell us what was inside and one has a serious lactose allergy.

One of the main reasons that will make me think about coming back is the totally disgusting state of the toilets, I walked in and straight back out, if I had seen them before ordering I would not have ordered any food. Minus 10 for the toilet, needs a visit from Health and Safety.
