Just popped into the coffee shop and really enjoyed it. We had some toasted sandwiches which came with a small side salad and some ready salted crisps, we also had some hot drinks which were a decent size. We will definitely be visiting this café again.

One of those stores that seems to be a magnet for the older generation. It has a windowless café, deep into the bowels of the store which always seems busy despite being gloomy enough to need to torches. The Dorma range of goods is apparently now so expensive that it has to be locked in clear ‘safes’ with keypad entry only. There is a wide range of bedding available although some popular colours and sizes are sold out. The home store is extensive.

Customer services is superb here, I want to order some binds and the customer service person come up and help us with immediate online order. However, one draw back is they deliver not until 24 of Jan so it's a almost one month wait to get my binds, it's certainly and obviously not desirable. Hints 4 stars only.

My friend and I came to the Bolton Dunelm it was lunch time. We decided to have a coffee. We were served by a young lady called Lucy she was extremely polite smiled all through the transaction and very helpful. She made our visit more pleasurable A smile is catching thank you

Lots of parking outside. I had reserved online and when I got to the till a grumpy lady asked if I had given my collection number at the door? There was no staff at the door when I entered so I said no. Unhappy, she then huffed and puffed about having to get my order. This store doesn't seem to have a great range of stuff like others and I would receive going to Warrington rather than Bolton!

Ordered some curtains to collect - was advised by Darilyn upon arrival that they were unavailable but she had managed to find me a like for like replacement. Turns out I prefer the ones I was given instead! She was brilliant, service with a smile!

Staff in the cafe are lovely. Got a good offer on too, which I didn't realise. Spend £4 and a child eats for free. Choice of pizza or pasta, 2 snack choices (fruit, crisps, choc bar) and a drink. When came to checking out slight queue but went down quick enough.

Popped into Pausa for a coffee. In Bolton on a flying visit. Greeted by a server complaining she had a head cold, couldn't hear very well, not normally on the till and proceeded to lecture me on the differences between decaf and normal coffee. Not really what I'm there for. The coffee was nice, as was the toasted tea cake. A little work required on the customer service experience...

Can someone explain me why shop is closed at 18:45 , on the 23.dec when people are rushing around to do Christmas shopping!!! Absolutely shocking by staff and store management - feel utterly disappointed as I missed out on buying essentials I need.

Went there Saturday 25th of November. Horrible woman with glasses on served us . Proper attitude trying to belittle me over my order. Coffee was complete flat and I am pretty sure she did it deliberately. But I am not one for confrontation, so just smiled at sat down. Been in this place many times and usually the staff are lovely. But this woman definitely needs some customer training. I only said , "No cream on mine please"I got made to look a right fool .

Very disappointed today. Store really messy, stock low on quite a few things. Cup selection poor, everything in a mess. Christmas selection terrible.Bought a couple of things including lights only £4 with green leaves. Got home and half the leaves missing. Not been for a while but wouldn’t visit again.

Really great members of staff. I had an idea of what I wanted from viewing online. A lady from the staff asked if I wanted any assistance, she was incredibly knowledgeable and I came home with the perfect curtains and pole.

Staff need to be trained properly. I purchased a bedsheet that was a sale item when I purchased it I was told I can exchange it but cannot get a refund I then went back to exchange the bedsheet for a different one and I was told i can't exchange it by another member of staff when another worker told me I was able to exchange it therefore I wasted money for no reason because of what a worker said.

It's a fairly large store, staff were friendly and polite. The cafe in there is ok, looking a little tired and quite overpriced but I suppose that's the cost of convenience. There were a lot of pieces of very low quality furniture, I was surprised at the prices for such thin pieces of chipboard and MDF. Several items were missing prices. Overall, a bit of a mixed bag. Not particularly enticing.

I sincerely love this store in Bolton, and this winter it honestly had the best sales!! I had to came continuously to not missed anything. All the floor assistants were amazing I had to asked for couple of questions in rugs and furniture and someone helped me without any trouble. The tills amazing specially Maria, she is such a bubbly and helpful girl she literally made my last part of the shopping easier helping with the bags and with any enquire I had with the returns. Such a lovely girl. An amazing store for this lovely town.

I went in to store Saturday with my mum and from going in to the store to leavening we add staff terrorising and following us and talking about me and my mum on there walking talkies describing what we was wereing and what we was doing I told the store manger that all the staff is flowing me around the store every time I pick something up to have a look they was asking if I want it And being so rude the manager Julie well iv never in my life seen a ruder person the all the staff really need a good speaking to never experienced anything like it

Bought a curtain pole for the lounge as our old plastic curtain track got pulled down again for the 20th time this year. Easy to install and the only downside is not enough rings to hang the curtains on, so had to buy 2 packs of 6 at £4.00 extra each.

Great service from Mark. They didn't have what we wanted on the shop floor so he looked in back areas, managed to find an example from there then ordered it for us to be delivered to home.

The shelves are very tall feels like moving through a maze. Also found this man hiding in the rugs..not a pleasant experience

Lots of choice for your household items. Something for every room. I don’t know why, but the checkout queues at all the Dunelm stores I’ve visited are always slow, regardless of the length of the queue. Frustratingly, if you want something that isn’t available in store, you can’t always do click and collect, so you must have it delivered. But conversely, not everything is available to buy on the web. So you can’t always get what you want, when you want. A big shame because their own brand items are excellent. Generally good value, but not always, so it’s wise to shop around. Between Dunelm, Wilko and Tesco, you probably get most of what you need at a good price.

Nice store with great staff. So many different things from basics through to luxuries. Cafe in store but not great. Choice in fabrics is huge and service from the staff includes great advice.

Good range of home furnishings and kitchenware. May not be the cheapest option for more basic items available elsewhere, but it's hard to beat the choices available here. Also an in-store cafe available.

Went to Dunelm and they have everything you could want for your home from living room, bedroom and kitchen with a great selection of products, it was also nice to see the cafe open again after the pandemic had a wonderful afternoon tea there, the cafe is extremely clean with a good selection of food and drinks served by lovely polite staff, will definitely be returning and I would highly recommend to others to have a visit 👍.

Excellent customer service here from Gail, super friendly, very helpful, awesome purple hair. She helped me sort out my student discount and led us around the shop to help us find what we were looking for. 10/10

Very messy shop. Mess on the shelves and other places. Dirty toilets, no toilet paper in any cubicles, and no soap in any soap dispenser or disinfectant. Why put a poster in the bathroom about cleanliness, hand hygiene and hand sanitization if they don't provide the proper hygiene products for this purpose. The worst Dunelm store I've been to so far. Shame.

Customer appreciation slightly lacking. Only one serving as a queue built up so had to ask her to get someone else. Hadn't got inside the door when another asked if I was collecting "click and collect".

It's good store apart from every time enter store the security voice comes on . IV notice only when enter store others can enter store and this won't go on . Apart from that it's good store love the teddy cushions blankets etc

It was a bit messy inside. Not as good as the one in Blackburn. However the staff were really helpful (free sweets and Halloween dress!) and perhaps some of the untidiness was due to relatively fewer store colleagues being present. The layout is bit odd but we usually go to Blackburn so maybe just because we are unfamiliar.

Lots of variety of items. The cafe is nice offering a good selection of food and drink at reasonable prices. Downside is there always seems to be a queue in the shop however dowa go down quickly.

Dunelm is fine it's self. Just a comment on the cafe. This is my 2nd visit to this Caffè in two days both times at the cutlery station there are no serviettes you had to go back to the counter and ask for some I got one serviette although there were two of us. What's going on its ridiculous 😒 put your serviettes out its like going to the toilet and bringing your own toilet paper

😠 Bike for our 7yr old was ordered online to pick up on Saturday morning. Had to queue for 20 minutes despite not using Sainsbury and explaining we were collecting a bike from Argos and I am disabled. Only to be told the bike wasn’t there, and it would be 12pm or 4pm, so I returned again at 5.30 to be...
