I purchased a Tudor watch as I loved the idea of Tudor being owned by Rolex and I knew the watch to be exceptional quality and very high end and of course look fantastic. There was slight issue with the first Tudor I purchased and the staff particularly Chelsie was very professional and and got it sorted straight away. However there was what I thought was another issue with the replacement watch but in fact it was my lack of knowledge and understanding how a self winding watch works. I went back to see the staff at Beaverbrook's again all the staff I spoke to were fantastic, knowledge and educated me about automatics watches. Brilliant service, professional and kind and was happy to do what ever it took till I was happy. I absolutely love my watch I would highly recommend Beaverbrook's. Thank you!! Jane H

Great service when buying a ring, offered great advice and they're discreet when talking about price if anyone is sat nearby. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Offered a drink whilst deciding on our purchase too which was a nice addition.

Extremely friendly and helpful people in the Tudor Boutique. They reserved a difficult to find watch I couldn't find in stock anywhere else - the last one they had in stock in their whole company - no messing around with waiting lists etc. Adjusted the links while I waited. Offered drinks. Pleasant conversation. Knowledgeable about Tudor and watches in general. 100% recommended.

We had an excellent experience buying our wedding rings from Estelle at this store. She was very friendly, chatty, helpful and knowledgeable. We were made to feel at ease on each visit and there was no pressure as we tried on several rings. We were always offered drinks which was nice. The rings were presented in a lovely box and Estelle asked us to call in one day after the wedding to show them our photos. 5 star experience and Estelle is a credit to Beaverbrooks.

After experiencing a pretty woman moment in Goldsmiths upstairs last week, I checked online and saw Beaverbrooks Meadowhall had a couple of watches in that I was undecided on, so I went into store where I was welcomed by friendly staff, who were more than happy to help me. I dealt with Vicky who was such a lovely down to earth person, professional and knowledgeable. After being undecided on two watches I finally picked the one and walked out with a £200 Beaverbrooks gift card and a £3k Breitlin watch. Thank you Vicky and Amanda.

worst in service and everything I went today with my boyfriend to resize the ring he bought me as a gift and the clerk rudely told one girl with the name lizzy me I would have to wait 12 weeks for it to be delivered ie if possible 12 weeks to change the size of a ring and the worst thing is that we have 30 days that we have the right to return it had not passed the employee told me that we do not accept returns because you might have scratched it and they brazenly tell me that they can't do anything I never buy anything from there again

I purchased some Gucci earrings for my other half for Christmas from Beaverbrooks online. Unfortunately yesterday one of the studs broke away from the interlocking G whilst she was putting them in. So today I called into Beaverbrooks Meadowhall to see if I could have them swapped/repaired. I was greeted by a sales consultant called Josh who was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He examined the earrings and without any quibble offered to exchange them. I was very impressed with the service and will definitely return for any future jewellery purchases. Thanks for putting a smile back on mine and my other halves face when I returned home with a brand new pair! Fingers crossed these ones last longer than four months!

Lovely jewellery but asked to window shop first rather than being allowed in the store (a bit like a Pretty Woman experience!) All down to covid I suppose. Helpful, smartly attired staff.

What an absolute star he was, professional, pleasant, funny and an all round good guy. As we decided to shop for a ring for myself, we were then passed over to Vicky, who was a breath of fresh air and made us feel totally at home. She had the patience of a saint as she showed us the selections. We had such a fun evening, chatting, browsing and storytelling, which added to our experience and ensured our repeat custom. I had a really lovely experience at Beaverbrooks. The staff member who looked after me, Dan, was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I did not feel rushed or pushed into buying something and he was more than happy to keep searching for the type of item that I was after. 5* to Dan for all his efforts in finding what I was after. My only quibble with my visit was the lack of acknowledgement that I was waiting to be served. It wasn't clear where I should be waiting not did anyone acknowledge that I was there waiting. Aside from this quibble, a great store to visit.

Rory served us today and was very attentive offering coffee and giving us his time. Never felt rushed, he was happy, friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for a memorable experience that warrants a large purchase.
