Ordered a used book at £30 from them via Amazon UK. Not as described (‘Good’ ) and was ex-library copy with stamps and labels. Requested a full refund and was argued with by a representative of the company by email. Having sent proof of what I had ordered in good faith, I eventually had to ask Amazon UK to step in, which they did, completely agreeing that my issue was valid and that they would ensure that the full refund (including postage) was provided. I would never order anything from Revival Books Ltd again. Buyers beware.

This company is trading under two names webuybooks ltd and Revival Books Ltd. Check out reviews on google. They offer an amount then don’t always pay. They may pay for a few cheap books but books that are worth more I would choose to sell elsewhere. In my experience, on two separate occasions, they claimed the books worth more were missing or damaged etc, which was not the case. They refused to pay the agreed amount and further refused to send my items back after I offered to pay for the postage costs. They hid behind their terms and conditions when you request items back.

I buy a CD from them at Sept 2017 by ebay and told me they key in the address wrongly when sent out my parcel, so I won't be able to get my item. But they say once post office give back to them, I will get my refund back. After 2 months I ask them again but they say haven't got the item back yet, so can't refund to me. At Dec 2017 I email again, still same answer, this is so ridiculous. This year 2018 I was busy until March, I suddenly remember back this, but now they have remove the item, even their account in eBay. So now what? Half year already, maybe the money I pay is not big deal to this company. No reply or progress at all, I don't wish to get the refund back already but atleast give me a proper answer about what's going on ! You don't even deserve 1 star at all !

Book a book off them from AMAZON, then the price goes up 4 times the original cost, and guess what, my book didn't show what a surprise! Clearly just marked it as dispatched and raised the price. As soon as I asked one day out of the delivery window, and point out the price surge, they instantly refund me. Any legit seller would have asked me to wait another day or two (exactly like the other reviews say). I hope the extra £6 you'll make on that book was worth the 1 star reviews I will be posting for you anywhere that will let me.

My order was shipped WITHOUT tracking in the regular mail. Apparently it is "LOST IN THE POST"! WeBuyBooks/Revival Books was not willing to take any responsibility! WeBuyBooks after 21 days says it is out of "their policy"! So be very careful before ordering. Sadly due to the volume of business they do, my rating will be lost, just like my book!!!

Terrible service. Bought CD's here and they could not provide a tracking number. They asked me to check if the package was held in my local postoffice after 18 days ( !) of waiting, but my post office require a tracking number to search for a parcel. So no proof of shipping, and wasted 3 weeks waiting... Beware of this bookseller. I will never buy again, gladly pay more somewhere else. Parcel still hasn't arrived. Asked for a refund and already dreading how long that us going to take...and sure enough they did not provide me with proof of refund either.

Abebooks order # 143525541 WeBuyBooks I haven't received my order and i really needed that book. I couldn't track it since i wasn't provided with a tracking number. Either it's never been mailed or it's lost due to lack of a tracking number. Is it a kind of scam?

I would have put zero stars if it let me. Purchased online - my book arrived missing a third of it’s pages, not their fault - I understand they can’t go through every book to check, but their handling of my refund request was curt at best bordering on rude. They refused to process the refund without photos (what a pain in the arse) and although I got my money back there was no “sorry for the disappointment” or “sorry for the inconvenience” - just a process that start to finish felt very much like “here’s your money back, now sod off!”

I have had a fantastic service from Revival Books Limited. Really pleased with the hardback book I purchased, in excellent condition - as new, with dust jacket. Revival Books offered the book at an extremely good price too. They sent the book when they said they would, first class, and it was very well protected and packaged up. I would definitely use them again, and I'm surprised that others have had a negative experience.

Used Cd never arrived in Italy after 5 weeks (during Christmas period). Notified seller without asking for a refund. They made a full refund without my requesting one. Recommended seller. Other items ordered from them have taken quite a long time to arrive generally 1 month.

Avoid. They ignore Emails, ignore the phone and DO NOT order via ebay. They can't manage a simple cd delivery, not once, twice but thrice. They take advantage of their special Valued Seller status, thus allowing abuse of the system IMO. EBay do not help by allowing this poor customer service to go unpunished. Do not be fooled by their fancy website either. A simple return email as a courtesy is too much for whoever runs this business.

I ordered a travel book for a holiday in Budapest. The book did not arrive as promised before I went on holiday. It was at my address when I returned. It was the most awful cheap badly written poorly constructed document I have ever seen. Accordingly I returned it to revival books. Numerous e mails later they stated they had not received the guide. They wanted tracking information and recorded delivery status. This is not mentioned in their returns policy. They have refused my request for a refund. I can do nothing about this. Just be aware any potential purchasers you will not get any money refunded from this company. I would never use them again and warn others against the compAny

They never came to collect the books instead customer service whenever I was calling them with messing with me for a month! Awful service, not trust worthy. Choose another app to sell your books
