Had a very pleasant experience while availing their services. Visited the store to get Indian passport photos clicked and printed. Had all of this done in a matter of few minutes, with photo clicked to the required specifications, soft copies emailed and hard copies properly cut and handed over. The lady is well aware of photo specifications for all prominent countries.

We took pictures for our 2 years old for a passport. The staff was friendly and they were extremely quick to take the right picture. The entire process took 3 minutes. Recommended.

I've always been a fan to come and print here. Prices are good and the lady who normally serves is friendly. However, today there was a younger girl with a lip piercing who was not so friendly. One of the girls printed a return label from my iPhone which came out too small so I emailed them from an Android phone. She went to assist another customer and the lip piercing girl said, "you should really try to print off your iPhone, it would be quicker". After explaining the situation, there was no apology that she was mistaken and she repeated the same thing again, "you should still try to print off your iPhone, its quicker". And no resolution/advice on how to fix the size on an iphone. Sorry to have to make you do your job and take a minute of your time to print from your computer.

Absolutely useless ask for flyers and they come on card not gloss paper asked for business cards and they come on paper

This branch gave the best service I have received from any company for far too long. Went into the shop for passport photos. They were not busy, but they did everything right.

Might take a while to get served but the staff are lovely and great prices

Always go to Max Spielmann for my photos developing as the staff are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble and the finished product is unbelievable. Would recommend them to anyone

We went into Max Spielmann this morning for a passport photo for my infant son. The lady who attended to us, I believe it was Emma, could not have been more kind, attentive and helpful to us. She is an example for customer service and deserves all the praise we can give. Thank you so much.

We love our snow globe and the pictures. The staff is very thoughtful and really good at what they do.

The person who took picture doesn’t even know how to take a baby picture we had to show her how to do that. Also not any advice on clear looking and better picture suggestions. Very expensive as well. Better to use photo machines.

I took a green card photo here. Previously, she showed the employee all the requirements for the photo, but she did not pay any attention to this. The photo was taken without the appropriate light, and therefore there are shadows and of course for Dark, among other things, she did not even use a tripod. Wasted money. I could only make it worse at home on the phone

Saw the prices and left. Found an internet supplirr at less than half the price. They maybe ok for printing holiday pics.

I use this place to print single photos. It's really easy, connect to the printer Blutooth, print and pay. It couldn't be easier.

I got my art printed out to sell but the quality was terrible. There were different coloured marks on some of my drawings which aren't there on the digital version. Also some of the colours were off like one of my drawings have a brown floor but it looks red in the print and some other colours look muted. It can't be due to the rending of my art or the high resolution of the images as another photo store had printed them to exceptionally high standard and the colours were true to the original and crisp and there were none of those strange markings. I don't think I can sell them now and it cost me over £8 so I'm down money. I will no longer be using them and going to the one that printed them out so much better.

Great Customer Service. Required ID passport for under 3s. As photo booths are not suitable for children. Walk in Service was brilliant. Turns out that the supposedly cheaper option of an automated booth is costing you less, is incorrect. Get yourself to Max let them give you a better service than a machine. You will be surprised for sure.

I use this store for any personalised goods and can honestly say i wouldn't go anywhere else. Emma is so friendly and helpful and takes her time to discuss the best product for you. I've stood and watched her try and entertain small children whilst having a photoshoot and she has the patience of a saint! Good quality and such amazing prices, highly recommended
