decent clothes but rude staff. bought a dress in an 8 (i’m normally a 6) and the girl at the tills asked me if i was slimming down to fit into it. absolutely unbelievable attitude. when i told her i was a 6 she just laughed and had a ‘yeah right’ look. how is this girl still working here? she insulted the old lady behind me as well. how is such a vain and self centred girl allowed near the public? hope she’s been sacked because if i see her again i WILL record our interaction and send it to management

Always a welcome smile in this store. Well stocked and there is always someone to ask for help or advice. Lots of changing rooms open.

Been in numerous times, store doesn’t carry anything bigger than size 16 , the odd time they have one plus size item, it’d age you by 30+ years. Staff are incredibly rude, ordered click and collect which ended up being 4 days later than planned, not even an apology for. Staff member couldn’t even use basic greetings like “hi” or “bye”, didn’t speak to me for the whole transaction other than to ask for ID.

I love new look. I couldn't find any coats or shoes that were fashionable but then I came here and bought LOADS of really cute stuff. Recommend going here if your looking for some really fashionable clothes!

New look does what it says. Its a shop for the younger generations. As im a middle aged person there is nothinv in here for me. However ive only given a low score because im also disabled and as a person in a wheelchair i found i couldnt get around because there wasn't enough space between rails and fixtures for me to manouvre. This is quite common around most stores.

Rang up to have an item put away as it was showing as out of stock online but in stock in Wigan. Drove 30 mins to get there, paid for parking, got into the store only to find they’d put the wrong item away and didn’t even have the one I’d actually requested in stock. Rude attitude in response from management. Not impressed at all.
