A two years ago gave 5 stars as service was great but recently each time I order online each order is far from warm, rather cold, things are missing from the order or they didn't have some ingredient i.e tomatoes and they don't bother to even let me know about it when I pick the order up in person. Also order is packaged very carelessly, food is barely wrapped. They forget to put either sauce or some meals are burned like churros. The service got much worse than it was.

Food was okay. Tables were mucky even though it was very quiet (see photo. This was like this all the time whilst we were eating even though the place was dead!) Not very Covid safe! Toilet also wouldn't flush. We won't be back. Lazy staff.

Unfortunately for me, I have a real soft spot for nacho “cheese”, luckily for me, I have a Taco Bell very close! However the staff are seemingly incapable of putting the items written on the ticket into the bag. How hard can it be to get it right? It’s hardly McDonald’s at Times Square, so I don’t think you can use being busy as an excuse. This might sound overly harsh, but getting it wrong 85% of the time is not acceptable. Maybe it’s a sign that I should opt for something healthier…

Went for a bite to eat early to be told card payment only . All part of the globalisation of cashless society. Safe to say my cash was happily accepted by my local Indian. Will be sure to avoid from now on till cash is accepted

Pleasantly surprised. Had mixed box and only thing wasn't keen on was pork puff crunchy things with cinnamon on. Burrito was perfect chips gorgeous and tacos nice . Churros and caramel sauce lovely

I went here on a whim and was harrased by the staff to order. I just wanted a cheeky gander at the menu. I left with chips. I didn't want chips. I'm now £3 in debt.

Ordered from here for first time with my daughter for our dinner, absolutely mortified at what we recieved, the wrap wasn’t even worth sending out there was 2 small cubs of chicken on it and couple jalapeños. Won’t be ordering from here again,

Been here a few times now and the tables are frequently filthy, rubbish is littered on the tables, seats and on the floor! It's disgusting - does it have a food hygiene rating?? On my most recent visit, there were no napkins to clean the sauce that was smeard all over the table and the drinks dispenser was littered in the paper sleeves off straws. Not impressed! Which is a shame because I love their burritos 🌯

Food okay but restaurant not very clean. Didn't look like there was enough staff to keep on top of it. Staff were friendly.

Ordered food spent near on £40 for it to arrive freezing and half missing. No one answers the phone to the restaurant so no doubt my money will be pocketed and no second thought given to reimburse anything.

Food was good & good value. Never been to a Taco Bell before - would recommend.

This has to be the worst food that's out there today ordered some food partner had to take it back as there was only cheese no chicken food was lukewarm didn't feel well after I ate here the foods poison will never eat here again

Foods normally good but either missing items or items missing ingredients. Fries bel grande was just a small portion in a massive box like not even quarter full

The cleanliness of this place just dropped massively, all the tables were sticky, spider webs near all the seats... It was nice a few years back after they opened but now it's just a mess

I came here with a group of eight 11yr old boys and 4 adults for a birthday celebration. The staff were absolutely fabulous, managed to take all the orders with no errors at all. When they realised it was a birthday they brought over complimentary churros. They were brilliant 👏

1st time I've had it it's not for me there's not much filling in burrito and I got take out drove home less than 10 mins and it was cold 😒

Wish I could give this place a good review, however the last 3 times I've ordered, multiple items have been missing. The food is good, but this will be the last time I order at least for a while, hopefully they can hire more competent staff.

Excellent food, price was good for what you get. Need to clean between customers more table was very sticky.

Wasn't really happy with the service this time around I find that it is always hit and miss from this taco bell I love the food but hate it when I come on an off day. Ordered for collection was told that they ran out of mince so some options may be chicken they weren't but they missed out a taco I shouldn't have to check my order when collecting everything should be there in the bag really disappointed

Beautiful and tasty food. Nice clean place. Helpful staff. Just need to sort out drinks as most not working
