I'm a person who really likes Japanese ramen and looks for good restaurants. To my taste, the broth is clean, but it's just an ordinary ramen restaurant. The karaage is not tasty and tastes like fried food. I ordered the dumplings, thinking they were Japanese gyoza, but they were regular hometown dumplings. I feel the same way, and the yakisoba is really not that good. You can taste croquettes anywhere. The interior was really nice. I went there because I saw a review saying it was a good restaurant, but I left disappointed. I'm not one to believe reviews, but I was disappointed. And I think the staff were kind. The female employee seems a little angry.

Definitely good ramen for a small place like Jinju, but if we were in a bigger city I would rate it average. The fried noodles are eh, I would stick to the pork ramen and the fried chicken.

Excellent place to eat ramen

Tasty but a little bit pricy.

Overall, it tastes okay. Tonkotsu has a light broth and contains a lot of bean sprouts. The soup tastes like light sari gomtang. Although the chashu is thin, it tastes good. The ajitamago taste was okay. Unlike other restaurants, Mazesoba's topping tastes like bulgogi. The furikake had a strong seafood scent, so it didn't suit me. It is delicious when eaten with table top chili oil. The turnover is quick and the food comes out quickly. The server was friendly and nice. It's good for a quick bowl, but the taste is more mediocre than delicious.
