I went to Yas Mall branch to shop for furniture for my new office. I am impressed with the design and quality of Ebarza products. The one best thing that adds to my in store shopping experience is the friendliness and willing to help attitude of their staffs, kudos to Kristie who walked the extra mile making sure all my needs are met until I receive the items I purchased. They also have a very good after sales team....I received all the items today and they all look and feel even better inside my office. The delivery guys are also very friendly and courteous.

Creative design ideas with a budget-friendly price bought some items for our hotel and we are indeed very pleased. First TV table was dilivered with some scratches and damaged but was exchanged very quickly due to a close follow up by the sales person in Charge. A very good after sales service from Mr Lloyd.

This is the eighth piece I have purchased from Ebarza, so I clearly like their distinctive style and the service that comes with the furniture.. It's a neat little unorthodox coffee table that can easily be lifted up and moved into the shade.

I ordered several items from Ebarza store in Yas Mall and while I await delivery, I may say the experience so far was great. Dickson in particular was very helpful ready to assist with all my queries (and I had a lot!), professional prompt and respectful. Definitely recommend this store!

I bought a sofa and the service was amazing! The purchase was done online and I was supported throughout the process by Dickson, who gave me all the information and assistance needed also post-purchase. Delivery was done after a few days, they came on time as requested and the service was perfect. Needless to say, the sofa is perfect too!
