It’s a hidden gem found in Dubai Marina. I had a birthday celebration party at this beautiful place last night. We were 4 ladies over there and we enjoyed their service at maximum. The food was fantastic. We had amazing starters, they have a great choice of appetizers such as salads, cold mezzeh, kibbeh and etc. As mains we had 2 types of kebabs (chicken wrapped in mutton and chicken wrapped in beef mince), luxury mixed grills, and lamb shank. The taste was just incredible. All ingredients are fresh, and meat was so tender! And the cherry on the top of my special day was their signature fruit cake, made of watermelon with some berries. It was so refreshing, and none of the ladies was worried about calories, as it’s very healthy cake. The service was just perfect, our waitress Lidet was attentive, friendly and welcoming. We loved the ambiance too and location is very convenient just in the heart of Marina. Couldn’t spend my birthday even better! Thanks to all staff and management of Iran Zamin for the great host!

Best Iranian restaurant in Dubai. I am very much into their Koobeideh, and this is the best kebab invention. The place is perfect to enjoy delicious Persian cuisines with a veiw of Marina, especially in the cooler season. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive. Amazing hospitality.

The food is delicious especially the chelo kabab & logmeh saffroni. The seating outside in the marina is an added advantage. The price is reasonable for similar restaurants in Dubai. As normal in the marina, finding a car park is always a pain.

I came to Iran Zamin at 1:30am and despite nearly being closing time, the manager and staff kindly waved me in. The food was delicious and the chicken and beef were mouth watering and tender. Would recommend trying it out. I’ll be back for a proper meal here soon.

Extremely tasty. The lamb was very tender and juicy and had great flavor. The bread and complimentary sides were very good and they gave us a lot. The portion sizes are very big. You could probably share one or get one and a side. The hummus had great flavor too. The saffron rice was a nice addition and added to the overall taste of the meal. Will come again.

I recently had a fantastic meal at this restaurant – the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was also excellent with a good view to the Marina chanel. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Persian dining experience.

Really great Iranian food in Dubai! Service was excellent as well. Shout out to Riadh who thought we should order less, but we had to try a few items! If you’re in the marina area, give them a try!

Exquisite Iranian Restaurant. Flavorsome Food, friendly staff, and cozy atmosphere. Ordered Chicken and beef Kabab with rice, Chicken and meat Tikka with bread, mixed Iranian sweets, and Tea. Highly recommended.

The restaurant is located in dubai marina next to the water which is lovely, food and service is good and I absolutely loved the freshly made bread, however portions are small I am not really sure about the music it’s too loud and feels like someone is screaming in my ears.

I live in Marina and I always thought this was just a tourist spot as it is usually buzzing with people - even when other restaurants are empty. But I was shocked at how good the food is when I finally tried it! Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. This place will definitely be on my lost of repeat restaurants.

For Iranians and Middle Eastern people, it is a must visit, the treasure is Sangak bread Tandoor, which provides fresh Sangak for all dishes, which already has Sesam on it. The traditional Persian breakfast with omelet, cheese, honey and chai nabat, was very delicious and price worthy.

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The food was fantastic, and the service was top-notch. I'm a fan on their Instagram, and the owner's friendliness adds a personal touch. A special shout-out to the manager and waiter, Roshan, for their exceptional kindness. We tried Kababs and Dizi, and they were extremely delicious.

We had a family dinner there. Overall a good but improve-able experience. — Food: The food quality was up and down. We ordered a variety of dishes: Kabob was great. Zereshk-polo with chicken was disappointing, the chicken was dry and not tasty. Anar-bij was great, really tasty and with nice herbs. Juje-kabob and Gheyme stew were pretty normal, not outstanding. Cesar salad was the same, the chicken was not properly grilled and the dressing choice on the top was a little weird. — Dessert: We ordered tea and some sweets for dessert. Tea was legit Iranian with nice Bamyeh on the side. Nice combo. —Ambient: The atmosphere is very nice, next to the water sitting with nice breeze. I could sit there for a long time and just chill. Live Persian music was fun, not super load and disturbing like soma places. Staff were nice and helpful (especially Riyadh), I had to make a change in our order and they were very positive and helpful. **Final Take** Good place to go, but only if you order the right food.

Outstanding authentic Iranian food! We visited a couple of times and both times were fantastic. While the food was amazing, the service was even better! Both times, we had Riadh as our server. His attention to detail is second to none (all of the staff were also outstanding). By far the best dining experience we’ve had in Dubai. We HIGHLY recommend visiting this place!

Seems to be authentic, full or Iranians and fully booked in the evenings. Large portion. Among kebabs are fish and prawns, and, of course, choice of meat. Tasty bread

Nice chelokabak. Sangak bread was amazing and just reminded me home. Good service and the staff knew the names in Farsi which is good point. Portion was ok and price is reasonable.Thank you.سپاس فراوان از پذیرایی شما. ☺

This is a great spot along the Marina walk! My husband and I were staying at a nearby hotel and popped in here in on beautiful evening. We sat outside with a lovely view of the Marina. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious! We enjoyed our kebabs, hummus, and a salad. Their house bread was extra tasty!

Enjoyed a family dinner .. the chicken wasn't fully cooked even though I asked them too. 3 out of 5 everything else was great especially atmosphere

Food is delicious. Appetizer platter was delicious. Definitely recommended to have it. Restaurant staff Roshan was kind and gave a us great service and recommendations for food to try.

Food is amazing. Service is great and the team there are just different level of kindness. They noticed me carrying my sleeping child and all of a sudden they brought two couches and connected them to make a bed. Then added blankets and made a small pillow. This just made us all love the gesture. Thanks to the team and we will come back for sure.

Nice atmosphere and good location. Most of the food was good quality and taste. The service was great as well. The have good beef quality. The prices are above the average but worth it.

This place was excellent! I really enjoyed it from the really nice waitress to the delicious food at a great price. I am tempted to go back before I leave town but it's not near my hotel. A+ I recommend this place easily.

Located in Dubai Marina. Food was okay but the ambience is awful. They have a smoking area separated from non smoking by automatic doors so you get a waft of smoke every time anyone passes near those doors and they automatically open. They also had a live singer which kinda spoilt the entire evening. We were served by Babukumar who was great. The food itself is ok but we won't go again.

So delicious!! Breads and Hummus are the best. Recommend this place 100%.

Absolutely wonderful Iranian food! We ordered Dizi (lamb stew) and it was the most tender meat. If you’ve never had it, they will help you prepare and serve it properly. It’s eaten as a soup first and then something akin to an American pot roast with veggies. So so good and served in this super cool cast iron pot.

I invited to my family to try the Persian food for the first time, they really impress from the bread, appetizer, kebab to till the tea and dessert. Everything is incredibly perfect and feels like they made with love ❤️ All staffs are friendly and proficient on the food. KyuKyu, she is kind and always smile :)) must try and will never regret 🥰
