Haven't stayed in hotel but visited many times to have a drink or two at restaurant. Like this establishment, clean and comfy specially left row next to windows with armchairs. Would recommend mulled wine in winter and cold beers in summer days. Shame the main bar has been closed but I remember from previous visit it's classic and vintage atmosphere with lots of dark wood gold finishes. Speakeasy vibe.

Wonderful weekend in Bristol Hotel! The most amazing PAD THAI from Bristol restaurant and extremely diverse and tasty breakfasts. You can chill and enjoy sunset on the roof top terrace with jacuzzi and saunas, relax in SPA and workout in the pool with Mat (aqua aerobic). Love the place, you can't miss it!

This is our second time at the Bristol ART & Medical SPA. Beautiful place, excellent service and great selection of a medical treatments. We spent nine days being pampered with all kind of treatments (highly recommend manual therapy, very professional and highly effective, my frozen shoulder almost fully recovered). Great facilities, pool, saunas, gym, all kind of balneological treatments, cryotherapy. Excellent breakfast and good dinners (I would say dinners were the weakest part of the stay, not bad, but not to the level of overall experience). We will be back 😀

Nice restaurant and place for resting all week-end and more.

Everything from the moment we stepped in an hour earlier and received the room without waiting, the room itself with spacious balcony, the food, the services, the pool and saunas and I could go like that forever, everything was excellent. I felt welcomed, safe and pampered. The hotel name promise you Medical and Art and get all of it. Highly recommended!

The staff is unable to keep the promise and provide the breakfast in the lunchbox. Disgusting mark on the wall, empty fridge and resturaurant closed around 9:00pm. Nice sauna and pool. Summarizing: dissapointing.

Lovely place in Busko! Really nice interior design, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the whole hotel is relaxed and cosy. We have been also to the spa which is a great place to relax. The selection of saunas are good. Everything was clean. We will come back for sure.

I was staying in Bristol Art and Spa for 2 weeks. I really enjoyed every moment. It felt like home and everyone took care of me with great care. The food was amazing and the medical team was really very professional. It is a very new hotel so all equipment were new and state of the art. I cannot wait to come back

The food in the restaurant was truly outstanding, praise to the chef. The SPA is great as well. Highly recommended place.

Hello, A quick report from a little heaven in Busko-Zdrój called Bristol Busko ART & Medical SPA. If you are in a deep need of repair of your mental and physical health look no further. This is my second time at Bristol and some observations have to be put on record. HOTEL - oasis of tranquility and elegance. The interior is very individual and artistic not your usual the same boring interior suitable for any hotel. Right there you feel that you finally found the right place to be happy and to relax. FOOD - I am upset that the chef hasn't gotten Micheline (at least) one star yet. Food is creative, always with a different angle and the most important, it is fulfilling. HEALTH - a very professional staff and very open to not follow the standard treatments but to cater something custom that meets you specific needs. STAFF - this is where Bristol is superior to any other hotel not only in Busko-Zdroj but anywhere else. You feel like you just found your long lost friend. They are very professional but, at the same time, read you like an open book. They will, very quickly, tell you about all exciting things happening in neighbourhood, listen to your crazy stories even if they are busy like hell and they know exactly what you want/need/expect and they will make it happen....like a very long lost friend. My stay was magical thanks Bartlomiej, Agnieszka, Joanna, Karolina, Krzysztof, Nazar and Mikolaj. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my stay magical. I was amazed by this hotel. It was a last minute reservation not planned but on my way to the final destination. I had no time and chance to use the spa and other services they offer . But already the pool and whole roof area with huge sauna were amazing.
