I came to Focus Clinic by recommendation and I was not disappointed. I go with my son to a physiotherapist, Mrs. Patrycja. The classes are professional, interesting and I notice great progress in my son. The registration, and I am talking especially about Mrs. Ola, works perfectly. I always receive a phone call confirming the visit. I appreciate this clinic because I feel cared for here. I recommend it to others.

I am a patient of Dr. Kosmalska, he is the best psychiatrist a person can meet. I went to various specialists in this field, but I am staying with this doctor permanently. A very reliable and helpful doctor who can answer all questions very clearly and understandably.

Very nice staff, very good specialists. We have been going to a speech therapist (Ms. Iza) for a long time. My son was delighted with the classes, the reception ladies and the place. Always on time, nice and with a good approach to both the child and the parent :) We recommend!

I would give more stars, but... this one recorder is a disaster. I'm fed up with people who are incompetent and are paid to be so. Doctors are nice and everything works fine. But, I don't know what happened to the cool young registrar ladies who had everything under control. Now this lady registrar doesn't understand everything at all and is causing a lot of chaos and confusion. I have plenty of examples that make me wonder what she's doing there... e.g. I called to have my records issued to me and told them that I would pick them up in a week, during my visit to the doctor. I come and the registrar is there... She says that the records haven't been deleted yet (4 sheets haven't been photocopied for a week), she did it in front of me. During my visit to the office, she was supposed to sign it... I leave the office and the lady is eating and talking to me with food in her mouth, and it turned out that she didn't sign it. Again, in the chaos, she did it in front of me. Another situation... during my visit I received a prescription code on a piece of paper from the doctor. Unfortunately, I missed this card somewhere, so I called the clinic to give me this code... and the registrar started telling me that the doctor didn't see me that day... my hands were weak, I had to raise my voice because the lady was telling me, that I didn't have an appointment that day, then she checked and it turned out that there was an appointment, but... she said that there was no code in the system that day (that I didn't get a prescription that day), after all, the doctor must have given me the code generate it in the system and THIS lady told me again that there was no code in the system and that I did not receive the prescription that day (luckily, I found the card and filled the prescription, which according to THIS lady, the registrar, did not exist....) no words When I have to go to this registration, my blood boils, I don't know what this lady is doing there, instead of being a registrar, having everything sorted out, she's just causing one big confusion, I have had many such cases with her. Some MASSACRE

We have been using the clinic for a long time, we came upon a recommendation. Competent, very helpful and sincere specialists who approach their work with heart. The ladies at registration are always helpful and nice. There's always a reminder for the next one. I recommend it to everyone who is looking

The clinic employs super specialists from both WWR and NFZ. Registration is very helpful. The ladies are willing to cooperate and are polite, which does not happen in every clinic, although it is known that new Registrars should be treated with understanding. I have been going to Focus with my two children for several years and I am not disappointed with the service provided here and the therapy that brings results. I definitely recommend it.

Very nice, polite and professional staff, flexibility in setting dates, reminders about appointments, very good communication with specialists, active and effective support for children with the need for early development support.
