W MML miałam wykonywane badanie VNG. Szybki termin (jestem z innego miasta), przystępna cena. Panie z obsługi bardzo miłe, najpierw kontaktowałam się drogą mailową, gdzie otrzymałam szczegółowe informacje bez problemu. Samo badanie przeprowadzone dokładnie, cierpliwie, bylam informowana o kolejnych etapach badania oraz czesto pytana jak się czuję, czy potrzebuję odpoczynku itd.

W maju 2022 roku zgłosiłam się na endoskopową operację zatok przynosowych ze względu na silne zapalenie. Personel był bardzo miły, od lekarzy przez pielęgniarki po panie z recepcji. Opieka medyczna super. A co najważniejsze - po operacji nie było żadnych komplikacji, a zatoki nareszcie są w pełni wyleczone. Specjalnie wstrzymywałam się z wystawieniem opinii, ale teraz po kontrolnej tomografii zatok mogę śmiało dać pięć gwiazdek :) Szczególnie dziękuję P. Doktor Agacie Gerwel za fachową pomoc i opiekę!

W Klinice MML byłam "gościnnie" na operacji dwuszczękowej, którą wykonywali lekarze spoza kliniki. W dniach 03-05.01 pozostawałam jednak pod opieką personelu kliniki i nie spodziewałam się takiego podejścia do pacjenta nawet w klinice prywatnej. Wspaniała opieka ze strony anestezjologa i pań pielęgniarek. Panie były bardzo uprzejme, pomocne i empatyczne. Dzięki ich wsparciu pierwsze doby po operacji przebiegły bezproblemowo.

In our emails to them , before we landed in Warsaw they made it clear to us that the surgery will be at the most 7000 zloty.The problem with that clinic is that no tariff is written in any of their brochures they fix the price according to the head of the client (coming from abroad), The surgeon on the picture is a disappointment, he might be good at his job but he showed us that he is money oriented, caring about how much he will make on the head of the client instead of caring about the patient's problem. At the end we declined any offer they made us, since I was even offered to undergo a treatment at a lower price. why would I choose to accept when I wanted to get rid of my problem?? would the small treatment suit my needs?? Unfortunately, we did not receive the phone from MML. We found that Dr. Kołodziejczyk did not consent to the additional admission of the patient she had examined a week earlier.
