One
word;
Disaster.
We
are
a
group
of
8
(4
adults
and
4
children)
and
we
chose
to
stay
seated
indoors.
We
were
left
stranded
for
a
good
15-20mins
without
anyone
asking
us
for
a
drink
or
(the
very
basic
thing
to
do
when
working
in
a
restaurant)...menus
to
the
guests!!
When
we
obviously
(and
rightly
so)
complained
with
the
lady
in
charge
of
the
cash
(I
presume
she
is
the
owner),
she
said
'you
have
to
wait
and
be
patient'.
Very
rude
and
arrogant.
Maybe
she
thought
that
she
was
talking
to
a
couple
of
5
year
old...not!
Clearly
they
are
understaffed.
The
worst
thing
is
that
they
know
they
are
understaffed
and
they
continue
to
accept
more
people,
for
obvious
reasons
(more
sales).
Clearly
not
with
us.
We
left
straight
away.
Even
the
staff
looked
bullied
by
the
owner
as
they
were
repeating
what
she
was
telling
us.
Never
again!
Not
recommended
at
all.
The
owner
is
so
full
of
herself.
Very
very
rude.
We
then
went
to
a
nearby
restaurant
and
the
food
and
service
was
impeccable.
And
very
friendly
too.
It
will
be
a
good
idea
if
the
boss
at
Al
Marciapie
does
a
course
with
regards
to
hospitality
and
educates
herself.
And
by
the
way,
don't
you
have
kids?
How
arrogant
you
are...my
one
year
old
dropped
the
box
of
your
tiny
easter
eggs
from
the
table...instead
of
understanding
you're
being
so
pathetic
🙄
You're
an
insult
to
Italy.
