Uneven roads, a lot of cars parked along the road, a lot of humps. Vicinity map upon entry is good though, it will help locate the address.

A small village but securely guarded for the safety of all residents. Very easy access from main road going to c5 road from M. L. Quezon St.

Dreamland Subdivision is located not far from Athens Academy. A typical subdivision with children's playing outside of their houses.

Not good to Stay. Corrupt Administrator or Home Owners Leaders.

Place is well.secured with security at the front gate,nice people and always smiling..nice place 3 floor houses..

Been living there for more than 5 years its not an exclusive subdivision though, it is quite peaceful there amidst all the untoward crimes that happens along neighboring barangays. I just get a little worried about the increasing illegal parking along the sidewalks. There had been a tremendous increase in volume with regards to the numbers of cars park illegally. It might get out of hand that it may be a cause of delays in case of emergency.
