As a first timer, the experience I had with them set the bar really high. Their employees are very warm & welcoming, and the masseuse was very skillful with the services I availed. They have amazing & budget friendly service packages. The place was clean, so calm, and relaxing. Will definitely be coming back, at least once a month. Highly recommended! 💯

Best customer service at an affordable price. The therapists my husband and I had (Joy and Dianne) are skilled and gave us great service even though we were their last customers that night. We will remember their names for our next visit. Jane who answered my call and accommodated our reservation was very kind, warm, and very professional. It felt like I was talking to a hotel manager. We super appreciate her for accommodating our requests. Highly recommended! Body & Sole will definitely be our go-to spa from now on.

A nice massage parlor that is very affordable! The staff here are very professional and the masseuses are very good at their craft. Pressure and strength of massage are good and includes stretching. Very highly recommended!

Good value for money. The one-hour massage is relaxing (P450 exc. tip). Good background music. They offer you ginger tea afterwards. Rooms have good enough ventilation. It is also clean. Shorts were provided although you can bring your own. Best to call and reserve a slot. It gets fully booked at the end of the day or on weekends.

Been here now twice on my recent trip to the Philippines. First was for a one hour massage and second was for a diamond peel facial. Both experiences went above and beyond expectations. Staff are very friendly helpful and accommodating, even for a last minute walk in! Facilities are very clean and well maintained. One of the best most relaxing massages I've had and the facial left my skin positively glowing. Will be here for a while longer and am already looking forward to making even more reservations and continuing to avail of their services. Incredibly great value and super affordable rates. Best spa experience around and a great way to escape the busy city.

My husband and I decided to have massages spontaneously, and happily reservation and confirmation was very fast and efficient. We booked package 6 (Body Massage, foot Massage, facial), which I would totally recommend for travellers. We just travelled 8 hours by plane and the massages really helped with the flight bloat, and the facial detoxed our skin from the stale airplane air. Nice value for the price, we'll be back,💛

The Good: the staff are friendly and the facility looked tidy. I heard good things about the service here so wanted to experience the same. I was a walk-in and the staff advised me about the availability and clarified my doubts patiently. The receptionist even went out of her way trying to help me so I could pay the bill. Also you have to pay before the treatment is availed so you can be relaxed on your way out. The Bad: I waited for a very short time and left without availing the service here because I didn't like the way they do business. Since I had no cash/Gcash, I chose to pay using a card however the receptionist clarified that the MINIMUM transaction amount for Credit card/Debit transaction is 500 pesos and I was also told that my bill amount is only 450. When asked about how I could pay for my treatment, the receptionist kept on insisting to include a 50 peso tip along with the 450 peso bill, making the overall amount to 500 so she can swipe my card. It is not about the 50 peso tip that I was suggested to pay, the fact that I was not left with an option to pay for my treatment using the already "Accepted" card payment option and also the fact that I couldn't pay for my treatment without having to Tip BEFORE I availed the SERVICE was a BUMMER indeed so I had to WALK OUT WITHOUT availing the SERVICE. It was really disheartening to come across a business that otherwise might have good service (basis customer feedback) but the processes itself are not transparent and customer friendly. I certainly cannot recommend their service to somebody else, at least for this branch. Sharing this here so people could be take an informed decision.

Had a very pleasant experience. Both Margie and Janice were amazing therapists. Both therapists listened to our needs and provided consistency throughout the massage. I did not feel that both therapists were rushing to finish the massages quickly. The ginger tea was great and the front desk was very accommodating. Excellent service and great value for money. If you're looking for a great massage that won't break the bank in Ortigas Center this is it. They are also very careful, Vax cards and IDs and temperature check at the reception. Even when many establishments have relaxed they go the extra mile to make sure you feel safe and comftable here.

My friend experienced a massage from a therapist who seem to massage her without passion and faster than the supposed duration of massage. When she raised it to the reception, some therapists went there and defended instead of apologizing for what happened. We went there to relax but she got stressed of their explanations and rude side comments. We had our massage last August 1 for 8:30PM schedule.

We had a relaxing night yesterday in Body and Sole spa ortigas branch. Janice and Abi were excellent in their service. Would like to thank again the kind lady (receptionist- failed to ask her name) for lending us a helping hand as it was belting down with rain last night.

NOT ONLY A "FOOT MESSAGE" I went here with my partner for a foot massage after walking all day long, our feet hurt so badly. We didn't have an appointment and walked in around 9 pm. The staff was so kind and professional. The foot massage lasted about one hour (500 php/person), however they also massaged our legs and even our backs, it was way beyond a simple foot massage, we loved it so much! ✨️ The environment is perfect, dim lights, background relaxing music, and they have a silence observance policy, therefore it was perfectly quiet and respectful for all customers. No titas and tsismosas talking loud all their gossips and stare at you the whole time like in other places ☻️ Additionally they served us ginger tea and warm water, we had the choice between the two options. Unfortunately we live far in another province so we won't be able to visit again anytime soon, but we will 💯 come here if life will bring us in Ortigas again in the future ❤

My experience here is very nice, professional and all the staff are accomodating. This is so far one of the great massage area which everyone are well-trained and prices are affordable. I won't hesitate to come back here every time I'm at Ortigas during my RTO. :)
