Center is OK, but with unprofessional staff. Rceptionist was having a personal chat on the phone when I came in. Waited for a few minutes standing in front of her as she chatted away. Finally realizing that I won't wait for her to finish her chat, assisted me with my request for LOA. In general, Valucare's process is such a hassle. One has to get approval from their office first before getting an appointment with a doctor.
