I was looking for a reliable place to get flowers from every week, but they're customer service was so bad. They close at 7PM, I contacted them around 5PM. I had to remind them twice to reply to me--via Viber and a regular phone call. It took them so long to reply that they eventually had to close. What kind of service is that, right? You may be reading postive comments here about La Rosa Flower Shop but they're either years or months old and/or paid. Regardless, your experience with them will be hit or miss. That being said, if you want RELIABLE service, then look elsewhere. I found a better shop the next day, and you will too if you want to be 100% sure of your order and delivery.

Ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day. I had some trouble processing the order since my bank was being dumb, and they reached out via email to make sure I got the help I needed. Even though they were understandably busy, they managed to deliver the flowers in the morning like I requested. Perfect timing, and the flowers looked amazing!
