Worst experience of any hotel I have visited, anywhere in the world. Ant infestation, beds are made of leather and not typical bedding which caused injury. Refused to allow me to check out early with refund after lodging complaints. Did not provide comforter to bed, only a single thin white sheet, only when complaining did they provide a comforter which was stained. And upon check out they tried to charge me for the stains on the old comforter. STAY AWAY! I have reported this hotel to the Department of Tourism in the Philippines.

Good location, excellent value. Pool is nice and maintained daily. Location is about a five minute walk from the walking street, and the mall is only a ten minute walk. Location is behind ABC Hotel. The jeepney stop is right around the corner.

I like staff and rooms were clean private and secure. The are noise issues sometimes with music from karaoke or maintenance. The wifi goes in and out. Go to ABC for a drink get their wifi password and it is close enough for it to be your backup wifi. No problems with guest staying over. Red Doors is new management at least 1 location. They over book rooms. There are 3 sun moon locations right near each other. This is great location to walk to all field street attractions. Beware of groups of small children getting really close begging and distracting you. They are trying to pick pocket. If you have a local with you they will not do this. I spent 2 months at Sun Moon. Enjoy your stay in Angeles City!

Well let me start by saying the staff are very friendly that's one of the few things good about this hotel. The rooms aren't too bad but most things like hot water, toilet and TV probably aren't going to work properly. The first room we were in no hot water also woke up one morning and the bedroom floor was full of water from a leak in the roof it got on my suitcase which was a problem. After complaining we finally got another room but the toilet never worked properly loud music all night long made it impossible to sleep. I can't recommend this place you are better off paying a little extra and staying somewhere else.

Its a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. Nice staff who all speak english. Bathroom definitely needs to be cleaned more often. Shower curtains probably havent been changed in months and floors/walls need a good scrub. The rest of the room was cleaned very well. Pillows and mattresses weren't the most comfortable, but it is a budget hotel. Aircon worked a charm and the pool was clean.

Quite nice place. Had an apartment with kitchen. Separate wallmount AC for kitchen and sleeping room. Clean rooms and outside area. Friendly and helpful staff. Even have CR at pool site and a shared kitchen for the apartments which don't have one inside. Affordable prices & not to far from walking street. Overall a recommendation.

It's a RedDoorz accredited hotel with a swimming pool. Good service and friendly staff.

A very good place to stay at

The hotel is between ABCHoyel and Prime city hotel. Now they become one of red doors hotel. Generally it’s good choose consider the price. The small pool is a plus.

A good place to rest after a long day roaming around town. It has a small pool but not really good for kids Nice hotel staff. It sits beside a local carinderia where food is really good and staff is friendly.

It's in a good area l, very close to Walking Street and all the action. The room is good and comes with a kitchen and two air-conditioning units. There is a little pool and garden area downstairs to relax at also.

Stayed August 3, 2018 and I must say it is a nice low profile place. The staff was very friendly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the TV channels were limited but other than that I slept very comfortably.

Booked in for a 3 week stay and been here just over a week. Staff are friendly and courteous, rooms are better than expected for price. This is a budget hotel and I think you get slightly more than you pay for.
