Verona and Suntrust in general has the Worst Management ever!!! They treat Homeowners poorly. No complete Amenities even after 5 years of staying. Houses are built poorly, smell comming out of bathroom vents are awful. Properties that are fully paid has delayed title release. I dont recommend buying suntrust properties!

We moved in June of 2018 at Suntrust Verona. . I agree with some of the reviews about the irregular or NON Collection of garbage, Most of us residents expressed our concern about it to the office each month we pay our utility bills but it seems our concern are not being addressed. Non collection of garbage is a health hazard. Do we need to go to the Health Department to get this issue resolved? Update: January 2022 Garbage collection is now regularly once a week. Some of us are connected to Meralco which is good Water supply is still provided by the developer Our wifi through PLDT is working ok. Basketball court is completed Swimming pool looks halfway complete. Still missing the tiles. Still no shops Still no hiking trail

We transferred here mid last year with a couple or two neighbors. The place is silent, secured even with so many houses now. My only comment is our payment of maintainance fee where garbage trucks arrives at their own schedule. Many times non in a week specially when they are most needed Christmas season even after. They just visited us just last week, most of us are complaining.

Sept 2019 we recorded a letter saying the house was ready for turn over ! We traveled from the US to accept the house , it was not ready for turn over!!! Windows newer missing, the sliding doors would not lock, had sink holes when it rained , the tiles were falling off the pilers! We haven’t even moved in and the house was FALLING APART!!! The construction is poor quality and they use the cheapest materials they can find!We were there for three months and nothing was done we gave the Engineer our contact info to let us know when it was done. 2 years later no contact and due to COVID we could not travel now the house is in bad shape and they didn’t even apologize for saying the house was ready for turn over

The property is nice and its a place where you can retire. No worries as well with the Developer. But be careful in dealing with their agents in Verona. Not all of them knows the role of an agent, moreso, the steps on how to walk the client through. I'm speaking through experience. It's a good thing they have a site where you can express the bad experience and they will lead you to the right person whom you can relay the whole nightmare you've been through and with high hopes that our case will be given due justice.

The contractor that built our house did not do a good job. There are still deficiencies that have not been resolved. There's a stinky smell coming from drain vents in all the bathrooms. Brought this to the attention of the site engineer many times but nothing has been done. He kept saying that he will get in touch with the Foreman but nothing changed.

Residents are getting frustrated specially who fully paid the house since 2018 n until now they have not release n the promised GC do we have to worry yes we do we work hard for our money n promises will not satisfy us do some action bfore of your residents will do something you will regret calling Mr Andrew Tan pls foresee what’s going on why it takes forever to release our title thank you in advance

Great facilities. Complete amenities. Great view. Great location. Good community.

Been here once very recent. Been jnvited to a friends hse. Bday party was done at club hse. Houses in the are are big. There's still plenty of houses available bc I think they r expensive. Beautiful sunrise, sunset scenery bc the area is high. Cool climate too.
