Milk tea are good but poor service. Every time we order milk tea, we always ask for additional pearl or nata, we even pay for the extra charge but the staffs always forgot to give us. We can understand if it happened just once but it wasn’t. It happens to us always. It wasn’t busy either so how come they always forgot to add nata/pearls on our drinks. I hope you can improve your service.

Basic milktea needs adjustment on sweetness but I loved the texture of the tapioca pearls!!
