Got Keratin treatment by Mr Naved. He ensured the result was just as I had asked for with a natural look. Highly recommended. The keratin shampoo and conditioner was not very great.

Visited here while staying in Ooty on our trip to southern India from UK . Very good blow dry from Sama (apologies if I have her name wrong ) very attentive, tamed my hair ! Thank you it is a wonderful salon with great products .

I do my service..hair cut n hair spa past many yrs only at this spa in Ooty n do my haircut only with Naved or else I never get a hair cut done for several months....The staffs r simply amazing n I’m totally overwhelmed with their service before n so far..

I got a keratin treatment done on my hair by Naved and he did a great job. He was very patient and kind throughout the session.I also got my face waxed by Sandhya and she did a good job as well.

This is one of the worst saloon I ever experienced. I can honestly say the road side shops is doing much better job then this saloon workers.still they charge 350 Rs. I went for a hair cut after 4 month just to keep it in shape but the result is very pathetic. They cut my hair very short with no shape. The workers have zero experience.please don't screw up your hair with this saloon. Im very disappointed it will take at least 2 months for me to grow the hair in shape again.....

This place is truly amazing. Such good service whenever I visit plus everyone is professionally trained for all services that you can opt for anything and you’d be stunned with the outcome and what’s more there prices are so reasonable. If you are in Ooty don’t miss out. By far the best salon I’ve visited!

Not even worth for a single star. They made me wait for 20mts and no proper response from the staff or from the reception person. Poor care towards the customer the way they treated was worst. No man power. The person who engaged me was not hygiene he didn't even understand what am saying he took almost an hour only for a haircut that it was not done properly. Inbetween he left me and went to dry other customer came from hair wash. The way he behaved towards me was very worst not polite and humble. The management should check for a man power who can understand a common language like English atleast. Finally they charged 350/- INR for an useless haircut. Literally waste of time. I strictly suggest not to get yourself groomed here. Not worth it for money. RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW THEY ASKED ME TO CALL, BUT THEY ARE NOT RADY TO ACCEPT THEIR MISTAKE CLAIMING MISTAKE ON MY SIDE. THEY FIRST AGREED TO GIVE REFUND THEN DID NOT RESPOND TO ME, I MADE A FOLLOW CALL THEY CUT MY CALL SAYING MANAGER IS NOT THERE , ALL THIS DRAMA HAPPENED FOR 1 WEEK - 10 DAYS. LATER TODAY I CALLED THEY SHOUTED AT ME SAYING YOU MADE A WRONG REVIEW.. THEY ARE NOT READY TO GIVE THE REFUND AND FORCING ME TO COME TO SALOON AGAIN WHICH AM NOT INTRESTED. FURTHER THEY SAID I MENTIONED WRONG AMOUNT AND THEY WERE TELLING SOME STORIES FOR THAT. ACTUAL PRICE AFTER MY HAIR CUT WHEN I ASKED THEY SAID IT WAS 350/- INR I GOT A DISCOUNT FOR 50 AND PAID 300/-INR. BUT THEY ARE SAYING SOME NON SENSE WHICH SHOWS THEIR INTEGRITY TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER. NOT EVEN WORTH FOR MONEY AND BEHAVIOR TOWARDS CUSTOMER.

This place has my heart. They never leave you out with disappointments and ur fully satisfied with their service. Every time when am in the spa I feel so fresh and refreshed. Loving myself everyday when I wake up with my new look. Thanks to Irfan Khan my special stylist who is so genuine in his work to keep his clients happy. Keep moving to heights Luxury Paris….

Ms Shama Khan the pedicurist is highly professional, an expert who is methodical and caring of her clients. She is the best I have come across and I recommend her to all clients, especially among the elderly like myself.

Got a keratin treatment from hair stylist Mr. Navid and absolutely love lovee the natural straight, and shiny hair look. I have a very frizzy, course and thick hair and have no complain of the final look. Be ready to spent somewhat 3 to 4 hours there but it was well worth it. Highly recommend it. Excellent customer service from the staff.

Naved did a fantastic job of my hair cut today, I totally loved it and extremely satisfied with the service provided. It is one of the best salons in the town that one can visit to get the best treatment with a fair price.

I called this salon and the first thing they started speaking in Tamil. When I requested receptionist to speak in English or Hindi she and her another colleague started laughing saying we wont speak in English or Hindi. So how can you expect this kind of salon to give a good services who talks to customer in this manner on the fast call, wont recommend anyone this salon for their unprofessional behaviour
