Complete waste. If you are seeing this review you have saved your hard earned money and health. They are trapping people by showcasing grilled items decoratively through glass window. Nome of the items ordered was cooked well and none are tasty. We packed some and gave to street dogs because we believe there is high chance that they will give the same to others. Feeling so bad on ending up here after searching so many places. Don't be another victim.

Food quantity is very good..their chicken tandoori and kabab's are the best..

Good place for hangout. You will find lots of restaurants here. But mosquito is a big issue here.

The worst place to eat. I ordered a shawarma and they gave the worst shawarma I had in my life. The hotel is also unhygienic and they use old meat for food. Worst service ever. NEVER VISIT THIS HOTEL.

Cashier was very rude. How you treat the people is very important. I request the owner/Cashier to please talk to people with a smile, even after the bill is paid. Owner doesn't care once the bill is paid.. My order was late by 30 mins. When asked if the order is ready, cashier replies with the arrogance Very rude 😒 0 star if it was possible

Good and tasty non veg food, atmosphere and ambience is not good, too congested. Service is pretty delayed.

I bought a roll shawarma which I could not even have properly it was very hard and there was no mayonnaise even though I mentioned them to add. Poor service and hygiene no value for money no value for the customer I asked for the parcel they just rolled and gave away they didn't even pack it properly and give. The shawarma was kor even cooked properly. Worst to the core not even value for a single star..

We packed Chicken Tikka and Tandoori Chicken and it was too tight to chew. Looks like they are using Old chicken for preparation. It’s better to give more rather than paying less for such food here.

If u are choosing a peace atmosphere , tasty food and nice service don’t choose this, firstly bad service with rough attitude ( service servant ), in case of food we orderd mandhi with alfahm, alfahm was burned outside also they are charging 20 rupees for 10 rupees cola, if i are coming to ooty pls don’t choose this restaurant

This is the Best restaurant in the ooty for Non Veg As well as Halal food for Muslims. U will Find so many Non veg dishes here along with Fish also. Must try if u r in Ooty.

The wost experience even in ooty. 30 min waiting for cleaning table and taking order. 1 hr waiting for food. Very less quantity and wast of money.

I don't want to give even one star what an bad experience as we are tourist visited to very worst hotel ..service was very poor poor n poor including food ek dum zero wala hotel why people are going is only because they are tourist and newer to the place 🙏

If there's an option to give below one star. There's no doubt I'd giving it. Literally I'd visit Amma unavagam rather than this one.
