Scammer alert. All including the drivers are connected rob your wallet. Everything is *nn expensive. They will tell this is a government shop and will make pay more for what you can get outside.

These people are running a scam. We were told no GST is applicable because this is a government shop, however they charged GST and probably have given fake de-tan packs too. There was so much rush that we weren't able to recheck the bill amount. Everything is shockingly overpriced.

Though too many things at one place eg. Sandalwood, Silk sarees, Banana fibre sarees, Brass items and idols and lot more! But but but I found prices are too high too! Even sandalwood we found comparatively way cheaper and better in Mysore! Even if you don’t intend to buy anything, just go and visit the place. Though you may find sales guy irritating at times and too much aggressive to sale anything and everything. I suggest to get eucalyptus oil and other essential oils from Store runs by Forest department, one is there at Doddabetta Peak near Parking.

Don’t buy anything from this shop, they are fraud. They sold these dhoop sticks by saying that the fragrance will last for complete day but after lightning it at home there is no fragrance, i can see only light layer of smoke which seems like a smoke from the mosquito coil.

Beware of scam, Don't buy anything from there. U will be scammed for sure. I purchased a de-tan face pack from this shop and that came out as a fake one. In shop they applied a face pack which removed tan in 15 mins but the one they sold to me was fake, just multani mitti with sandal perfume added at a higher price.

The shop has a lot of variety of products from sarees, sandlewood, face pack, soaps, singing bowl, paintings, woodart, etc. This shop os way too good of you would like to buy a variety of products and you I enjoyed it to all my ends. The sales guy will only try to make you buy their items by selling you the aspects like this is original and most authentic, its tribal made, it is all true but the prices might be a little over the top. The sale person was good and so is the items in the shop. I bought a few things and these are good and do give the essence of snadlewood in the house. The Ganesh murthi we bought was easily available elsewhere for cheaper prices (but not sure if they are pure sandlewood elsewherre) hwoever this shop gave us the pure sandlewood item, the nechlace we bought was said to be of shivling and that the thread won't break but it broke the first day it was worn (of course ots a thread and can break) the necklace is also made of rosewood and has 108 beads, the face pack we bought was told to be enlightening with original sandlewood and would not dry for 30 mins but it dried in 10 (it wont dry for 30 mins if you put a thick layer), the dhoop batti we bought was said to be lighten up for more than 90mins but it gets over in less than 5 mins, the singing bowl bought was said to be of brass but you will get it anywhere in way too cheap than what they sell for (not sure if you will get it as the most authentic brass elsewhere). The one we bought gives the sound of Om, thus it was a worthy buy Overall each and every item in the shop is too thrilling to not buy, but do keep in mind it will go deep into your pockets.
